Room was fine but Toilet are terrible. Told the staff! and tshe said every room was the same..Unbelieveable!! Water from shower flood down to the floor and make toilet wet and You will get shampoo, soap, coffee just in the first day (stay there for 4 days). Staff not so friendly. When guest say something, they should satisfy to listening with service mind?

I don't think I WILL BE THERE AGAIN!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and loved it. The staff's english isnt to hot but why should it be? they are thai after all.

The location is perfect and there was a lot of tourists there but thats because its a beautiful place.

So i cant understand people going there and moaning about the lack of english and the amount of tourists! get a life.

The rooms where clean and changed everyday, the breakfast was of good variety.

Didnt want to come home

The room, service & position of this hotel are horrible. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful & spoke very poor English. One morning I asked for a pool towel - the young woman looked at me blanky & said "don't have". When i pointed to the dirty pile of towels that had been left overnight she simply made her point again - "don't have". Great!!

The paper thin walls made it seem like the couple who resided in the next door room were actually in our room, arguing at 2am.
The toilet became blocked. The room smelt. The breakfast was ordinary. We booked & paid for a 'deluxe'. I doubt that we got what we paid for - or else the 'standard' rooms should be avoided at all costs. This hotel is on an unattractive main road full of shops selling rip-off merchandise. We spent a fortune on boats in order to find some peace& tranquility.

Krabi was a great disappointment to me. Full of tourists, tacky. Even on some of the beautiful islands near Ao nang, you couldn't lie on the beach without the CONSTANT drone of the longboat motors - it was like being on a main road! Railay was shocking. Paradise lost, I'm afraid. I would not recommend Ao nang & i certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a great location. That's it. We stayed in Room 123, which was quiet, but the bathroom flooded everytime we had a shower (see photos) it was disgusting. The staff spoke very little english so we gave up trying to explain. They didnt recognise my B.W.loyalty card which i found highly frustrating but have to say since my return that BW have taken my complaint seriously so hopefully next travellers will have better luck. Its a great location but just don't stay in the shower too long or you will be falling through the room below! - oh, and its bun fight at breakfast, so get there early!

The price is a bit high - 48$ in the high season (December). But the hotel is well kept, and located just 300 meters from the beach and pier.

All in all it is quite okay.

Mix up at check in. Did'nt book in advance just walked in spoke to one girl who said they did have a room for 3 people but upon returning with suitcases she had gone on break and a guy told us there was none available. Sorted it out and checked into a large room with a double, single and a camp bed. Great big terrace for sitting and amenities for drying swimmers etc.
Pool looked nice enough though did not use and the thai massage area was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good value for money. Room and breakfast was approx 2000bht.
Be carefull using the yellow cashline machine outside the hotel as the amount i recieved was not the amount that i requested or recieved a reciept for. Would not come back to this town as it is very mass market and expensive compared to Phi Phi Islands where we went onto. Ferries over to the islands leave at 9am amd 3 pm and take approx 2 hours, arrive early though as they cram as many on as possible.
