We stayed Pakasai for 3 nights and in Andora room. Room is big but old. Housekeeping do not clean room just tidy perhaps it is part of green exercises. Breakfast is disappointing as food is cold and limited selections. My husband said resort wifi is so slow and mosquitos so quick. The swimming pool is probably best part of the resort but some construction going on so you could hear noises going on. Good location to all the shops. Never go to the massage across the resort as it was so bad. Not for couples, family maybe as there is a playground and corner's kid swimming area.

I just stayed here for one week, as always the thai staff were lovely, helpful and considerate. I didn't eat in the restaurant bit the room service snacks were excellent. I was a bit miffed that twice the cleaners walked into my room when I'd put the do not disturb sign on but it wasn't that early in the morning, but it could have been more awkward than it was! Location is great, I'd say this was a decent 3 star

My wife, our friends and me checked in to the Pakasai Resort for one week. At Arrival, the Hotel offered us two Rooms with a connecting door between. Because this door wasn't soundproof, we asked for another room which we got including a generously upgrade to a more expensive Room. Walking from the Hotel to the beach takes just around 10 Minutes. The wonderful garden including a Pond invites for relaxing and dreaming. We enjoyed a nice stay.

Room Tip: Rooms in the upper garden offer more view and more silence.

Just had a solo trip to krabi. Due to my original booking hotel is under maintenance, I was relocated to Pokasai resort. And it's good.

Nice price and facilities.
5 mins by walk to the beach and just near the ao nang Main Street.

There's a very nice pool and each room has private outdoor bathtubs.

But beware of skittles:P

Just checked out from Pakasai on the 26th of July. 30mins away from airport. Stayed in the Adora room (Chalet) and was very satisfied with the size of the room. It had a bathtub with a choice of shower as well. Bathroom was huge and there was a balcony with a swinging chair. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. Had a power shutdown on our last day from 6.30am to about 8.30am which was fine considering it was a wake up call for our breakfast as we were due to leave the hotel at 9.15am that day. Didn't bother to call anyone regarding it as you could tell that someone was already on it as the power came on and off again a few times. Doors were always closed during our stay to prevent mosquitoes from coming in. Had no issues with mosquitoes during our stay. Those that sit outside on the balcony, remember to get your mosquito coil that can be purchased from the provision shop outside, and spray mosquito repellent on yourself as well as an additional measure. Overall very good stay, though i had one issue, and that was they had many ants on the table top, i guess its a resort and you better not be leaving food around. If you have any elderly people with you, remember to request a room near the lobby, or else there will be many steps to climb, and if it rains, it will get slippery. Worth a visit again considering its very centralized and near Lae Lay Grill (very nice sunset, free transport to and fro, expensive, average food), and near The Hilltop (did not try). My favorite hangout for 4 nights with a good liveband and affordable drinks, was at a restaurant directly below Ao Nang Beach Resort which was about a 6 min walk away.

Room Tip: Those with elderly adults, please request a room nearer the lobby. If not there will be quite alot o...

Loved the theme of the hotel (many trees and greenery).

Stayed at Deluxe room. Spacious and clean. Many mosquitoes around and some flew into the room.

Bathroom - need better maintenance as the shower head was rusty and the bath tub wasn't clean and had rusty sinkhole.

Service at the hotel concierge was pleasant and helpful.
Service at restaurant can be improved - staff was rather cold and you get staff nodding their head with no smiles when the customers thank them.
Breakfast buffet was at best average. Saving grace - I could order eggs cooked in any style (many hotels only give you a few choices).

A let down. I emailed the hotel directly days before the trip requesting for airport transfer, and asking if any birthday celebration can be done as we are celebrating a birthday. There was no reply at all (even after 4 days).

Overall, it's a pleasant hotel but I don't think I'll go back again.

We have not long returned from a lovely 8 nights at Pakasai Resort. It's a lovely property with beautiful gardens set on a hill. The rooms are very clean and tidy and a comfortable size. We even had the fold out for our 10 year old and was still spacious.

The pool was amazing, we spent plenty of time up here on the day beds enjoying the sun.

It's in a good spot and only a short walking distance from many great restaurants. We would definitely return.
