“Good during high tide”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

We ended up going during low tide and you have to walk almost a kilometer into the water to be able to swim. This is a beautiful beach on Krabi island though and worth a visit.

“Best beach on Aonang”
Reviewed 2 July 2014

We took a tailboat from Aonang and it stopped us nearby this beach. It was lowtide and the water was just crystal clear. The beach is quite flat so at low tide, you can walk very far out.

“Beach”
Reviewed 26 June 2014

Very long great for a walk and scenic evening pictures, not good for sitting on. Great for shells, not much to do in the evening if you are staying on that side.

“More of a dock for boats than a tourist beach”
Reviewed 26 June 2014 via mobile

This beach is used for loading and unloading of tourists for island tours.
Its filled with long tail and speed boats.
The sand is course and water is relatively shallow.
Also quite a bit of litter floating around in the water and washed up on the sand.
Better off doing an island tour and spend the rest of your time at a resort pool.

“Isolated beach”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

Adjacent to the Ao Nang beach, this beach is much cleaner and less crowded. However, this is away from the commercial area and one has to do some exploring to find any food option. Also, did not see any change rooms / wash rooms (might have missed though). However, one should avoid the southern part as it becomes rocky and also a canal (read Sewer) flows into it
