I bought two trips with Phillip from this agency at September 2017. Currently is low season, so this agency doesn't operate it's own trips, but fortunately Phillip arrange quality trips operated by their partner for me.

I bought a Hong island with sea kayaking, and Bor Thor with mangrove kayaking. The price of both are two times over local agencies, but definitely the quality is wonderful, with small groups less than 4 people, and the tour guide introduce history and the nature thoroughly. When we found other tour operators simply stuck over 30 people in a long tail boat, we hopefully enjoy a long tail boat with only 2 people.

I arrive Krabi lately in the evening, but Phillip directly come to my hotel and pass tickets for tomorrow on time.

Besides, our iPhone got wet and crashed after we left Krabi. So we contacted Philip again, in a wish that he could contact with tour guide to get photos from him again. He is more than happy to help, and finally got us all of our photos.

Therefore, I highly to recommend you to book trips with Philip from Krabi specialist. The price is certainly higher than local agencies on Ao Nang street, but the quality of their trips and his service could ensure you a wonderful trip. This is exactly the most important in holiday. You could also check with him for discount, when you book a bulk of tours.

By far one of the best days I've ever had in Thailand. The staff were all so nice and are always offering drinks and food, and taking good care of you.
I would do this tour 100 times more. You get to see Phi Phi islands in a different perspective no matter the age. You can relax, snorkell, swim, go to the beach. And it is been one of the most amazing sunsets I've seen.

We contacted Philip at Krabi Spesialiston several months ago to arrange the Phi Phi Sunset Trip and also Airport Pickup for our family group of 4. We had been looking forward very much to this relaxed trip on Monday 5th June. As we were about to board our flight to Bangkok on Monday 29th May, we were informed by Philip by email that the trip was cancelled and would no longer be conducting this trip in June or July. Unfortunately at the time there was no explanation, why the trip was cancelled and I was more than a little upset, but we were offered the same trip as a private charter, but this was way out of our budget! After a few email exchanges with Philip he did explain that due to the unreliable weather at this time of year, they had to charter the sailing boat for 3 days and transfer the boat from Phuket to Krabi, so they had to cancel due to low number of people booking the trip.
We also arranged airport pick up by mini van for our party of 4 to the pier for hotel boat transfer to Centara Grand Beach Resort this was also confirmed by Philip some time ago. We arrived at Krabi Airport, no one was there to collect us. No answer Philips Mobile contact number and a call to their office eventually got an answer by someone who knew nothing about our booking. It turned out that Philip made an error with the date we arrived. Eventually they did send a minivan to collect us, but this got us to the pier late for the boat to the hotel, causing us to have to wait a further 1 1/2 hours in the sweltering heat for the next boat. Overall, after reading many great reviews of this company on Trip Advisor and booking 1 trip plus an airport transfer and to be let down on both, our special family trip has not got off to a great start.
Although we got off to a bumpy start, Philip did go way and above what he needed to do afterwards to put things right. He has invited us on the sailing boat trip when we visit Krabi again and he arranged free airport transfers for both parts of our group when we left. After his explanation of the cancelled trip, I can understand the issue at this time of year, it did not spoil our holiday and except his apology. We will be looking him up for some of our trips on our next visit.

Philip organized our 2 days tour in Krabi, via email a few weeks in advance. We had timely pick ups and drops at the hotel from all the tours. The phi phi island tour was lovely, with 3 islands included. We had 1 hour for snorkeling at Phi Phi Ley and another opportunity near the Maya Bay. Food offered during the trip is not too great but they did organize some stuff for us vegetarians. The first speed given to us was a bit cramped, but they did change it to a bigger one at the first island.
Elephant Trekking included 1 hour of elephant ride in the lush jungles, followed by some refreshments (pineapple and water). We had opted for elephant bath, and it was really quite a memorable experience! Elephant show was quite disappointing though, the elephants showed us just 2 tricks. Then we were whisked off to see a waterfall at the national park. We were asked to pay some entry fee for the same and the waterfall was a few hundred meter trek. When we reached there, it was good but nothing extraordinary.
Over all, nicely organized and swift service.

Did not like this experience. I was suggested this option by a travel company called Krabi Specialisten. They arranged an open air vehicle which was not helpful since it rained and the vehicle had no protection. The fall is not recommended for kids since it is a long uphill uneven walk. There is also a fee to be paid to the national park which is a complete waste given that there's not guide or help or even basic facilities such as water or toilets.
