The farmhouse is beautifully situated and extremely comfortable and spacious. The complimentary refreshments in the room were thoughtfully chosen and the filter coffee pack was exceptional! It was a nice touch to have the little fridge in the room and great to find fresh milk in there. Vanessa and Jim made us very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful location, lovely views and very handy for the wonderful city of Chester. The room was large and very comfortable, lovely bed, great shower and dog friendly as well. They are dog friendly as well, plenty of nice places to eat.

Room Tip: The garden room has great views over the fields

This quiet farmhouse has everything to make a stay memorable. The rooms are large airy and immaculate. Vanessa and Jim are warm hosts and the breakfasts are delicious and sustaining. Midweek breaks offer particularly good value.

Stayed three nights. Beds are REALLY comfortable and the showers are great. Garden Room was large with 2 easy chairs. The sherry and crisps were welcome as was the tea, biscuits, fridge, etc.
Breakfast can't be faulted with great variety and great quality.
Vanessa and Jim couldn't be more helpful and booked all the places for our evening meals, even printing out directions for us.
Overall, a great place to stay...

We had a lovely overnight stay in Vanessa's beautiful home. We stayed in the Top Room. It's gorgeous, the bed is very comfortable, the view is lovely and all the furnishings are in keeping with such a lovely building. The fridge for fresh milk is a great addition and the sherry and the apple juice went down very well (along with the crisps and the biscuits). The choice of tea and coffee is excellent. All in all we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was great and we will be recommending Churton Heath to all our friends. Thanks again Vanessa.

We enjoyed our return visit to the Farm - this time our friends joined us for the second night.

The large rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. I wish more B&Bs had fridges!

Vanessa was an excellent hostess, booking us in at the local pub for two very good meals.

Vanessa also makes excellent home-made jams!

Only stayed the one night but was excellent. Lovely setting, really friendly hosts, first class breakfast and spacious, comfortable rooms. The home made apple juice was an added treat as well- would have no problem in recommending it.
