A visit by my partner and mum-in-law and self, I have been passed several times but the restaurant has always looked very packed (surely a good sign) but we managed to book for the Bank Holiday Monday. At first glance of the menu we were all unsure of what to order as it was quite varied and quite frankly there were quite a few items even on the starter that we could have picked from, but only allowed one. Mum had squid and partner had sticky chicken skewers n Japanese salad which they both loved. For main I had the Fishcakes which were very nice, partner had lamb shoulder Dhansk which he rated as lovely, full of flavour without being over powered with spice/heat and mum had the salmon fillet on a bed of rice/noodles which had absolutely no complaints except slightly to much oil. Dessert was followed shortly and mum was very impressed with the alfraggo (?) ice cream, coffee with a choice of liqueur which really bowled her over and with a lady that lunches a lot is an accomplishment, all in all a restaurant definitely worth another visit. Thankyou.
