I stayed here for 2 nights over new years, I was on crutches and the staff could not have been more helpful, the room maid got me a chair to use in the shower, the reception staff told me to call them to help getting around and everyone helped with a big smile on their face which cheered me up no end.
The room was a good size with views over the beach and spotlessly clean. At about $60 a night for a room with 2 of the most comfortable double beds I've ever slept in, it was fantastic value, especially seeing the budget accomodation others on my trip were staying arond the city!
The food in the roof top restaurant was also great, a fantastic all round stay and I'm looking forward to staying here again soon.

Great place to walk to Malecon or great shopping. Clean with a nice pool...and quiet. Hotel staff was excellent. Travelled by bus from San Jose del Cabo and intended to stay for 2 days but stayed for 5 days. They don't have a restaurant within the hotel but they do have a great coffee and sandwich place attached. Lots of restaurants near by. Hotel prices can be negotiated down if its not busy or if the customer is staying longer than overnight.

Room Tip: Towards the back with a king size bed. This hotel has a courtyard with a pool.

We stayed last week-end for two nigths and I can say the hotel is nice, attractive and well-mantained and very helpful staff. The location is a few blocks off the Malecón in a quiet neighborhood and It has free parking lot. The beds are really comfortables, bed sheets smell good and the shower is excellent. It has a small pool, WiFi is free. You can choose from a variety of restaurants walking distance from the hotel. It is important to make mention about la Paz where you can enjoy a place of safety. I also recommend a guided tour with Experiencias Baja Viajes, if you would like whale-watching.

Stayed here before and after a sea kayak camping trip to Espiritu Santo Natonal Park. Nice location a few blocks off the malecon in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, attractive, well-mantained hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Very helpful staff. Very reasonably priced. Great nearby restaurants. Even the in-room coffee was delicous.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quietest.

We stayed here on 2 occasions in December 2012 and early January 2013. It has free parking in the courtyard and is 2 blocks from the sea front / esplanade and about 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town and restaurants, other restaurants are closer.

There is also a small supermarket 1 block away that has all the essentials, and there is a coffee shop with a small selection of cakes and snacks - but we never tried eating there, it was also closed over chistmas weekend.

We chose this hotel based on its value for money and weren't disappointed, its clean and rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a twin bed room that overlooked the courtyard, and it was very peaceful and relaxing. The room has ac and also a window that opens to the courtyard allowing the room to be cooled with fresh air. The room was basic but had almost everything that we wanted, but didnt have a safe in the room but locked our bags and had no problems.

For breakfast we went to Corazon Cafe - recommended, Catrinas Cocina - also great for evening meals, and Kiwi restaurant and bar which opens early and is the best value compared the other places we have eaten at.

The hotel has free wifi and a couple of Pcs for customers usage a bar and small games room.

Room Tip: Get a room thats on the 2nd floor facing the courtyard, its more peaceful.

The hotel is a short walk from the Malecon beachfront. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are basic but very comfortable with good beds. The shower is excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is a small pool, hotel bar and a coffee shop (but it doesn't serve breakfast). There is free WiFi and good TV channel selection. Parking is free. The grounds are pleasant and well cared for. There are a number of restaurants walking distance from the hotel and the town is very safe. This is a basic hotel but it's very comfortable.

This is an average hotel at best. By Mexico standards, it's pretty clean. Staff were very friendly. Bed feels like you're sleeping on plywood. If you want more than one pack of coffee, expect to pay 30 pesos, each. Little, to no view of the beach. No balconies. Tiny room. Bathroom is reasonable. No wash cloths. If my office wasn't making the reservations for me, wouldn't stay again
