I had an enchanting breakfast at Los Tamarindos. One enters the restaurant down a shaded walkway between buildings; past a tortilla vendor making her fresh tortillas. Trees and tropical plants abound, birds are singing, and you are greeted either by their rooster or their very handsome duck. The restaurant itself is arranged around an open courtyard. I sat in the dappled shade and enjoyed their house specialty breakfast. Yum! A fresh roll with fruit marmalade to start, and then an assortment of Baja Sur breakfast specialties. There's a side of homemade, chunky salsa if you need more spice in your life. And, the orange juice is freshly squeezed with just the right amount of pulp. This place is worth finding!!
