I recently stayed at Poco ciello during a retreat for my work. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they really went above and beyond, making sure that our every need was provided for. The food was excellent and the views from the room were to die for. This was an amazing hotel. Please give them your business!

Room Tip: Go for the safari room if you can, the bed is very comfortable and the view is priceless.

Poco Cielo is a remarkable oasis.
This is a very small but very charming and unique place to get away.
Owner Cheryl and Staff, Ivan and Philipe make very effort to make sure you feel right at home. everything was terrific with our stay, even though we picked a cloudy overcast weekend, it was completely memorable.
Poco Cielo has expanded recently and we we can not wait to get back and experience more of the unique themed rooms.
This is NOT five star luxury, ( no plasma screens or white glove wine service ) but everything was very clean, very comfy and quiet , the dining service is excellent and the views are breathtaking.
We cant wait to come back again and stay longer.

we stayed in the large Polynesian room with our dog. A major factor in choosing Poco Cielo was the welcome our pet received. We were on our way home to Canada (driving) This peaceful little spot made a nice stop before we tackled the border and Southern California driving. The room was clean enough. The water was hot. There was a smell of sewer...but hey, it's mexico. The restaurant was nice. The beach was beautiful and since it was January, Lulu the dog and I were often the only creatures on the beach apart from some shore birds. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We have been patronizing Poco Cielo for about 5 years now. Their new bar is FABULOUS!
Commanding ocean views and incredible sunsets from the restaurant.

Room Tip: We normally stay in the room. Has a kitchen, plus a rock bath, and a full living room.

Poco Cielo is a rarity in Mexico. MY husband and I live part time in Ensenada and had seen it and stopped to drink Margarita's when it frist opened. It has only gotten better, leaving others in the DUST. This April we went with another couple (family) they had the Polynesian Room, we the Asian...............
Cheryl the owner , welcomed us and our little chihuahua, did not charge a deposit and gave us our 2nd night half price.......................
The food /service in the restaurant also made us never want to return to la Fonda....everything was 5 star. No complaints whatso ever. Treat yourself and gothere, it is the best deal near Rosarito OR Ensenada..................................
Detra and Frank

Room Tip: Polynesian is the bEST, but they are all great.

We stopped for a short lunch break and sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean. At the entrance of this beautiful establishment we knew we found a jewel. Luscious vegetation, clean rooms, wonderful food and friendly staff made this little stop a great experience! We have been spreading the word in Phoenix among our friends. We plan on going back soon and spend the night in one of their beautiful rooms.
This is a slice of Paradise!

Keep up the good work, amigos!

We have been going to Baja for years, usually staying at La Fonda (next door).
After a little research we found Poco Cielo (A little Bit of Heaven)
Very nice rooms....the theme rooms are just a plus, as the rooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, and the patio areas are great!
It's quiet, and you can hear the surf all night.
No TV....no in-room phones, and we did not miss them at all.
The have room service, or patio service...just tell them what you want, where you want it delivered...and it shows up!
The beach and ocean views are just marvelous.
We stayed in the "African Room", very cleverly appointed by Cheryl...owner and our Host.
Good service throughout, and unnecasary security watching your car all night.
Free margaritas upon check-in, and Alfie the Parrot there to steal the glasses off your face!

Room Tip: The Polynesian suite is Awsome!
