Only stayed overnight. A clean room, clean bathroom. The staff in the restaurant was great - wonderful service (they have great orange juice).

We weren't very fond of Rosarito Beach, but atleast we had somewhere decent to sleep. This hotel is fine and by the sounds, it is better than most in Mexico. The staff were quite friendly and the room was clean. We made good use of the jacuzzi! Would recommend it.

The hotel was clean and safe. Although by no means was it the Ritz it was never the less comfortable efficiently run and safe and moreover a far greater value than most of the other Rosarito Hotels at $65/night with my AAA discount.

We went to Rosarito looking for a fun weekend. We ended up in the most horrible hotel in Mexico. Why?
1. Terrible service. We asked to the front desk to fix our toliet that was broken and no one came to fix it all night.
2. We were given another room because they hadn't any maitenance service available. But at 2am we were evacuated by the rude security services telling us to get out of the room.
3. We asked the front desk to call a taxi for us and they pretended to call a taxi and it never came.
4. We accidentally locked our keys for our rental car in the car and the front desk worker would not be bothered by helping us.
5. The rooms were small, ugly and the t.v. did not even have buttons on it.
6. We were promised a breakfast, but when we went to go the "restaurant" was not open.
7. This place boasts its location, but it is not within walking distance to any restaurants or bars.

Management response:Responded 17 January 2006

We strive to serve our guests as best we can. We want to insure their stay is pleasant and secure. Regrettably these guests were highly intoxicated and disruptive to other guests. They overstepped all boundaries of what is considered reasonable. They demanded free accommodations and other guests complained about their noise and offensive nature.

Guest claimed their room had a problem. We provided another room in exchange. They demanded they keep the original room plus another free of charge.

We called a Taxi upon request. Guest did not wish to wait the usual 10 to 15 minutes.

Our TV's are remote control and in perfect working order.

Our rate does not include a free breakfast.

Our average room size is approximatly 200 square feet.

Guest locked keys inside their car. They requested a locksmith late in the evening after business hours. Unfortunately, no locksmiths were available. Hotel procured a locksmith the following day and satisfactorily resolved their problem.

Our Hotel is only 8 minutes walking distance to restaurants and bars and only three minutes walking distance to beach.

Was there on the weekend, and the place was nice, very well kept on the outside, loved the pool and jacuzzi, and the car was very safe, staff very nice and friendly it actually made me fell like if i was with friends from a long time, the room was basic very clean and bathroom was also basic but the same very clean, Ive stayed in the big hotels in rosarito and prefer this one, the rate is a bit high but still o.k. What made my stay better than expected was the knoweledge of the staff, its a perfect tourist place they will tell you were to eat, have fun, the best parts of rosarito, and the secrets of it. Even for better treatment call the manager and he will gladly help you and be of service. I liked it will go back and tell friends.

My husband and I visited Rosarito on October 15th and stayed at Brisas Del Mar. It is centrally located and you have easy access to the beach although you are not beachfront. You have to cross the street and walk about a 1/4 mile to the beach. The rooms are clean and the price is affordable. There is a restaurant and bar on premises. Overrall, a nice experience.
