Oceanfront and central to everything. A short walk to downtown restaurants, Pappas and beer, Rosarito beach hotel (restaurants/bar). The location couldn't be better. For $117 a night, an almost 900 sq ft condo on the beach was a great deal. Staff was friendly, always having parking gates open when entering leaving facility.

My partner and I are staying here for a few days. It must be the off season right now because there aren't a lot of people, but that's okay because we've had the hot tubs to ourselves and the beach isn't crowded. Staff is friendly and security knows us by my vehicle. Parking is off street, free and in a gated area with 24/7 security. We're on the 8th floor with a great view of the ocean with a view to the south. We're a block west of the main street and the shops.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side seem to be slightly noisier with the music from Papas & Beer, Iggys and...

This hotel was a really great deal, both for the size of the room (big) and the price. We felt guilty with just the two of us in such a big room and great view of the ocean, and we will be back with more friends.

This place is good for a night, or for an extended stay (full kitchen, washer/dryer). It was clean, and we had no problems checking in or out. They were very straight forward.

The only negative I have would be that the hot tub was not heated. I don't know if it was because it was the off season, but we were disappointed we could not use it.

Hearing about the violence in Mexico as a result of the failed war on drugs, we were a bit apprehensive at first about going to Rosarito. As it turns out, our fears were unfounded. Rosarito was a great happy place, full of life and friendly people.

Rosarito Inn was a great home base for our stay. We stayed in the Oceana Towers in room 1210. Our room was a single bedroom, two bath, full kitchen dream. It was great, especially for the price. The linens were clean, and the amenities were all in great shape. We did have some trouble with the hot water on the last day of the trip, which marred the otherwise perfect stay. The view was great, idyllic view of the Baja coastline. The beach was steps away from the complex. The complex featured a pool, a gym, outdoor hot jacuzzis. The area is in the heart of downtown Rosarito, a lazy happy town. We also got a couples massage at the Oceana spa in the same complex. It was very good. Food in the vicinity is definitely great. If you go, I recommend Tacos Al Yaquis. Muy Bien!

My husband and I went to Rosarito this weekend for our 1st anniversary. Apparently, this is a great time to go (unless you're in the mood to hit up clubs) as it's definitely *down time* as far as partying goes. We stopped by one club, Coco (or something like that) as Papas & Beer is more spread out & seemed pretty desolate too. Not to surprise us, we only saw a small crowd inside. Mostly locals were in the area ... almost no spring breakers (though definitely evidence of them being around the week before). We stayed at the Rosarito Inn which turned out to be a very good deal. Our room, the 10th floor of condo tower 1, was very clean & felt very safe (2 bolts on door & an in-room safe for valuables), spacious & had a great view of the ocean just below. Noise at night wasn't terrible (as per the partying non-issue I mentioned) - just occasional cracks from fireworks - and we slept very well. The bed was very comfortable & clean (though I didn't like the smell of their detergent). Quite cozy. The floor was mopped just before we arrived (tile), so we didn't feel like we were wandering into a sand covered beach hotel room. My only big problem with the hotel was the water temperature. The shower was only hot for about 30 seconds before turning chilly & the spa downstairs was merely tepid. Oh well. Not a big enough problem not to stay there, but at least a mild comfort-inconvenience. Also, for anyone staying more than a couple of days, good news! There is a full sized washer & dryer en suite. Overall, I would recommend the condos to anyone who can enjoy a lobby-less hotel (no midnight snacks unless you order local delivery) with great beach access on Secured property for an affordable price. If you want those extra amenities like a lobby, on site dining, etc., stay at the Rosarito Beach Hotel.
