We stayed here for four nights in late April on a Inventory Special with Worldmark. First the good: front desk staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The location is very convenient to the beach, downtown Rosarito, and quick trips farther south. The Worldmark rooms are large 2 bedroom/2 bath units with full kitties. The pool was heated perfectly and the spa was very hot. The average: the pool was nice but fairly small by Worldmark standards. The beds were uncomfortable. The grounds were nice but the care and concern was uneven. Some areas were clean but then other corners were left really dirty. The bad: the room itself was very dirty at check-in but since we arrived late and were only there for a few days we let it go. The granite counter top had a film that you could wipe off with your finger. The tile floor felt like it had been mopped with dirty water (your feet would be back with dirt if you walked bare foot), the one rug in the living room appeared that it had not gotten vacuumed before we arrived. I called for a vacuum the next day but it was never brought over (as far as I know). There were a lot of flies in the unit when we arrived and when I requested a fly swatter they didn't have one. The outdoor hallways and walkways to the rooms looked badly in need of pressure washing. Walking to the unit, it felt like I was staying in a low quality apartment complex. We tried to access the tennis courts a couple of times but the keys didn't work. The staff at the guard station (where the keys are kept) were not helpful. They just told us that was the only key they had. Because the property is shared with other providers I think the Worldmark brand is hurt because they don't have full control of staff and facilities.
Overall, if you don't go in expecting Worldmark quality, you should be fine. Remember it is Mexico and their standards are different. We would consider returning under the right circumstances.
