Inexpensive all you can eat buffet brunch that's not a bad deal if you choose wisely. Rellenos, chile verde, chile ranchero, and a few other Mexican dishes are good. Stay away from the non Mexican dishes and get there early, hot lamps are not too kind to some of the choices.

My wife and I have lived in Rosarito for a little over 1 year, so on past visits, the importance of this did not occur to us. Despite the fact that the restaurant claims to accept visa/mc, what they don't mention is that using credit card subjects you to a 4% transaction fee. On top of that, they run your card in dollars (which totally sucks if you have a card with no foreign transaction fees), as they seriously mark up the exchange rate. It is currently 13 to 1, and they charge your card at 11.75 to 1. Doesn't sound like a lit until you realize that after tip, you are walking out of there paying 38 to 40% more than what you would pay, assuming you were able to obtain pesos at the actual exchange rate.

Re. The restaurant: I always want this place to be better but we've finally decided, No More. Dirty restaurant, waitstaff disorganized and often dirty themselves, food that doesn't make sense like shrimp covered in a goopy white sauce with fake Krab stuffing etc. Looking around, I see that the crowd was a bit odd as well. Sun scorched for years and well liquored, maybe the food doesn't matter to them by that point.
To us it did. Next time it's either next door to Poco Ciel or into Ensenada for some authentic Mexican seafood. You know youre in trouble in Mexico when mash potatoes, rice and white gravy all come on one plate and it's covering shrimp! No More
