My husband and I were curious about this place and decided to check it out for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. The menu isn't the typical mexican selection so we asked our server for suggestions and she mentioned that the fish and chips was very popular as well as the pork or chicken plates. We went with the fish and chips and it was very good. The best we have found in Baja and a good price too. We also went with the pork plate which was a shredded meat dish with cabbage. Definitely unusual but good. The also serve hamburgers and sushi and number of other entrees and appetizers. The price for both were great and the deck out back offers a great view. We will return and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different.

Paradise Cove has everything! Really great food, indoor outdoor location with stunning ocean views Service is outstanding and the owners are fabulous and gracious! Amazing live entertainment is booked for this summer concert series! A big group of us went there to celebrate my husbands birthday last night and our minds were blown by the Fuzzy Rankins Band!!! Off the charts live entertainment in Rosarito! $15 concert tickets that would have been $75 or more in San Diego. Don't miss this place when you get down to Rosarito...and especially if you have a large group, it's perfecto! Much as Gracias Herbie&Chris!

Lucky for us we stumbled upon Paradise Cove just south of Rosarito at around Kilometer 40 on the free road along the ocean. Being surfers we immediately felt at home and then we discovered we could get Ahi Tuna and oysters, great beer and drinks and then there was a live band! We couldn't have planned it better. We stayed all afternoon and into the evening because the whole backyard is like a big sandy beach and you can walk around and see the sunset and watch the waves- then the gas fireplaces get fired up in the backyard and it is awesome at night- all with the band playing. Very relaxing, very friendly, very cool. The owners are Americans and are working hard to make it 'The Place'. They have some great blues shows coming up this summer so we are definitely coming back!

Friends took us to the Paradise Cove Tiki Bar in Rosarito. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty empty...however...the bartenders were awesome (Alfredo and Jessi), the drinks were good, the chicken soup was delicious, the ahi poke was wonderul and the sushi rolls were beautifully done. The owner is a cool surfer guy that designed the tiki bar as if you were in Hanalei, Hawaii. He has the sweetest little french bulldog named Sasha. We really enjoyed ourselves there and will go again.

By the way, they will have a roast pig for Superbowl and they have some upcoming bus trips from the bar to TJ to go to the casinos to gamble. Only $15 round trip sounds like a good deal to me.
