My stay at the Villa Santa Cruz was WONDERFUL! Matt & Jessica (proprietors) were incredibly caring and attentive. Every morning at the time I chose, there would be a fresh pot of coffee and warm milk outside my door. After my morning coffee, the Jacuzzi was ready and waiting... All this before a scrumptious breakfast that they would prepare for me. (Breakfast and Lunch are included!!!!). On several occasions when I did not want to venture into Todos Santos for dinner, all I had to do was notify them and they would prepare a dinner as well. All-in-all, an INCREDIBLE vacation. I have no hesitations about recommending the Villa Santa Cruz to ANYONE!!!!

Room Tip: Choose the sunrise suite if you get up early!

We enjoyed a perfectly wonderful vacation at Villa Santa Cruz, a relaxing haven right on the beach. We loved falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves and waking up to freshly brewed coffee delivered to our room, followed by creative and delicious breakfasts and lunches. This was our last vacation before the birth of our first child, and we especially appreciated our hosts' adapting meals to special dietary needs. They also gave us helpful advice on what to see and even drew maps with landmarks, which made it easy to enjoy the town of Todos Santos and a couple of day trips farther afield. We enjoyed spending the day at the villa either at the pool/jacuzzi or in hammocks under the palapa on the beach. Something to consider is that one of the four guest suites does not have a door on its palatial bathroom, but your partner can step out onto the balcony to allow privacy. The owners have adopted a few local dogs with mellow personalities who did not bark during our visit and one of whom accompanied us on a walk along the beach. Our time there was nothing short of magical and we would happily return.

As a destination wedding spot, a rest from the Cabo clamor, or just a soothing way to unwind, THIS is the spot. With the ocean at your feet and the mountains to your back, add in friendly service, great food, and sunsets to die for, you will find life's troubles float away with the tides and sea breezes. And stars, OMG, the stars!!
Thanks for a wonderful experience,
Hillary and Don

This is a wonderful hotel, definitely off the beaten path. The house is absolutely beautiful, with four guest rooms upstairs (we had a very comfortable king-sized bed and the pillows were perfect) and spacious living/dining areas downstairs that open up to the pool and the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks let you find the perfect balance of sun, shade, and cool breezes. Breakfast and lunch are included, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Dinner is available with prior arangement; we did that one night and were not disappointed. Matt and Jessica are wonderful hosts; they are so friendly and gracious. They make sure you are well taken care of, yet give you your privacy. I can't say enough good things about Villa Santa Cruz.

Just 10 minutes North of Todos Santos lies a special boutique hotel which was lovingly crafted by the hosts. Every element of the Villa is custom designed around a few specialty architectural pieces they found on the mainland...a stunning fountain that greets visitors in the open atrium upon arrival (along with a welcome margarita, made with limes from the property), and a series of sensational vintage doors that have been placed at the entries into the various bedrooms. Hand-crafted glass tiles can be found throughout, including being used for stair treads as well as a rooftop skylight which can be rolled open offering a stunning view of the heavens. Breakfast is delivered to your private bedroom deck overlooking the sea, and lunch is also included. Meals feature not only fruit from the Ranch, but also fresh eggs. There is a splendid view from the rooftop lounge area, from which we spotted numerous breaching whales...thrilling! And I particularly enjoyed hanging out (literally!) in the hammock by the secluded swimming pool. If you're looking for a lovely, quiet getaway with gracious hosts...this is THE place!
