We just got back from Cerritos surf colony on Tuesday, November 19th. We only had three full days in Mexico and wanted to make the most of our time, so we decided to give Eco tours a call. Within 2 hours our trip for whale watching for the next day was booked. We took some water, sweatshirts, towels and sunscreen. The captain did provide a snack and some drinks. We decided to pay the extra money for the naturalist, and I am glad we did because our captain barely spoke English. While we were able to see some whales, we also were able to see Sea lions. This trip was a blast, the way the boat goes in he water is awesome! I have never experienced anything like it. I would do another tour with them in a heartbeat! Thanks again for the memories!

We've been home almost a week, but still are excitedly reviewing our memories with friends and family. I'm a 52 year old woman and everyone was very impressed with the photos of me surfing, with lessons we had twice during our week with TSEA. But the highlight for the three of us (I brought my two teen sons) was snorkeling with sea lion pups. However, any one of the days we had could have been a memory of a lifetime! The guides were extremely knowledgable and skilled, the logistics went off without a hitch (even when we encountered unexpected tropical storms), and the accommodations were luxurious and stunning! We chose to include teaching English to local kids at the Palapa Society and that was truly inspiring and fun. And I also want to add that my sons and I came home, not only with incredible memories, but feeling even more deeply bonded than ever. That alone made the experience priceless!

My partner and I just joined TSEA for two eco tours, a remote hike and a kayak-snorkel tour. We had a great time on the tours and enjoyed meeting the guides and other guests. The guides were all very knowledgable and safety-minded. Sergio and Janine had great info to share about the history and ecology of the region. We definitely were able to experience parts of Baja Sur we would never have accessed on our own. We will definitely be back!

This was our second and third time booking adventures with TOSEA - and once again, it was a fantastic experience!

Turtle Camp was adventure #2. The teams from TOSEA (Bryan & the Duran brothers) and Asupmatoma (Stephanie & Blanca) did everything possible to make this an educational and memorable experience. Spending the night looking for and helping move sea turtle eggs and then falling asleep for a few hours in a tent listening to the waves was only improved by getting to watch baby turtles hatch and then see them released into the ocean. Participating in something like this is an amazing experience and I am looking forward to the updates from Stephanie when our nests start to hatch! I have a new love for and interest in sea turtles after this experience and being able to have such a small part in this noble project is very rewarding.

A historical tour of Todos Santos was adventure #3. Having visited the town several times before - we decided to learn a little bit more about it’s history. Sergio did a great job telling the town’s story and how it’s history was tied into both that of Mexico and the world. It was a great way to spend a couple hours and learn about this wonderful little town.

We had an even more enjoyable stay in Baja thanks to TOSEA. This time we experienced turtle camp and took a historical tour of Todos Santos. Turtle camp was fun and also very educational. During this adventure we stayed overnight at a research station devoted to protecting endangered marine turtles. We had the opportunity to volunteer assisting biologists as they relocated turtle eggs to protect them. In the morning we watched as hatchlings were placed on the beach and raced to the ocean. Thank you to Bryan at TOSEA for arranging this adventure for us and also to the Duran brothers for their work too. It was fun to learn about these amazing creatures and see the dedication and hard work that is involved in protecting them. Many thanks to Stephanie and the station team for their hospitality during our visit.

The historical tour of Todos Santos was fun. We learned more about the town and its special place in the history of Mexico and Baja. It was also a great way to get more familiar with the area and its residents. Sergio is an excellent and knowledgable guide. Thank you, Sergio!

If you are seeking adventures in Baja, TOSEA is the best adventure company to help you plan and experience them.
