Great location and view. Food was very good and it is a good alternative to Plaza Fiesta. If you want a quiet spot for a good dinner, El Lingote is a good choice.

We were coming out of a concert in a venue just in front. (Arena Banamex)

we arrived around 10pm and asked for a few drinks, the prices are very reasonable nothing expensive, Iwas thinking for the place which is a very nice place the drinks were going to be much more expensive. The view is AWESOME, besides the way to get there and the history of the place, make it a very interesting and distinguished restaurant.

We asked for a Fondue for 3 just to avoid dizziness after the beers, but the Fondue was disappointing, the cheese was flavorless, probably because it was just an entrance, I can't tell you much about the restaurant because I haven't eat in there besides the Fondue.
I saw they had a Guacamole and probably

If you want to have a great time with your lady, your friends, have a date, love or business, "El Lingote" is the perfect choice.

The food is reasonably priced in this elevated restaurant with views over the Parque Fundidora. It is connected to the Museum Horno 3. I ate a tuna dish which was nicely cooked and presented. The deserts are agreeable too. You can sit on the terrace or inside.

People visiting Monterrey must take the opportunity to visit the Parque Fundidora and while there take the opportunity to enjoy a meal at El Lingote. Located on an upper level of the famous El Horno 3, El Lingote affords an excellent view of the park. Once your meal is brought to your table however, you will forget about the skyline and concentrate on your plate!
The menu offers a great selection of foods to satisfy just about any palate. The appetizers are generously proportioned to allow for diners to share with each other and to experience some variety. The restaurant offers a wide variety of salads as well (I personally recommend the hearts of palm and strawberries- WOW!). The main course offers fish, shrimp, chicken or beef prepared in a number of different ways. I cannot imagine any diner not being able to find something on the menu to temp them.
Make sure that you leave some room for desert as El Lingote's chef makes a number of very tasty options.
My personal recommendation is to be seated at one of the outdoor tables so that you can enjoy the breeze and the sounds of the hustle and bustle surrounding the park and the restaurant.
