Description: Su Casa was built in 1971 as a private residence. Through the years and after many nights of glamorous entertaining with friends from all over the world it was suggested that Su Casa would be the perfect setting for a romantic restaurant. Su Casa sits on a mountain-top with a panoramic view of Acapulco Bay. The dining terraces are surrounded by beautiful palm trees and tropical gardens. Its a dining experience not soon to be forgotten. HOLA AMIGOS.Su Casa Restaurant will be open 5 days a week starting Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 5:00pm until 12:00. Closed on Sunday and Monday until further notice. We are looking forward to our 33rd year in business doing what we love the most. So hurry and make plans to visit our Beautiful Port of Acapulco and Su Casa Restaurant.

Bring a sweater if it's breezy! Don't forget your camera (and make sure you have good zoom). The flowering trees and atmosphere is so welcoming.
The food was DELICIOUS! Try the Shrimp dish and Chicken mole

“Great food, great view, great service!”
Reviewed 8 March 2012

Thank you Carlos for making our visit to Su Casa such a pleasure!

Let me start with the only negative thing about Su Casa: the decor. It is definitely old-school. I mention this first because it may put you off but if you can see past it you will discover it is one of the charms of this Acapulco institution.

The three positives about Su Casa are:
1. The food
2. The view
3. The service

1. The Food: we ordered off the Mexican menu instead of the main menu. I had a combination platter of some kind that was delicious and too big to finish in one sitting. It was just as good the next day as leftovers. I would describe what I ate as "comfort food" instead of gourmet. In other words: simple, delicious, and plentiful.

2. The View: Su Casa is located near the top of a very steep mountain. Make sure you get a table on the patio so you can overlook the entire bay. It was beautiful at night and I assume spectacular during the day. (Another bonus to eating at altitude: no mosquitos!). Unfortunately it faces the wrong way for a sunset view.

3. The Service: Our host/waiter, Carlos, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was fun, friendly and eager to please. His English was also very good, which is bonus in Acapulco. I suspect a portion of his over-the-top hospitality stems from the general decline in tourism in Mexico but you can be sure your visit to Su Casa will be much appreciated!

5-stars all the way for Su Casa.

“Amazing View!”
Reviewed 1 March 2012

4 of us visited Su Casa for dinner while we were vacationing in Acapulco. This restaurant came recommened so we decided to give it a try. The return taxi was 180 pesos from the Crown Plaza.
When you arrive, you are given the choice to go up the "stairway to heaven" or take an elevator. We took the stairs and loved the little pictures and plaques on the way up. We were seated along the rail, at a very spacious table. Our waiter told us the specials and gave us menus, which are framed ...very nice touch. We ordered marguritas which were great. We ordered shrimp dishes which were excellent and one of us ordered the rib eye steak ...also great! For desert, we had a "sexy coffee" which was prepared in front of us. Would love to have tried the banana flambe for desert, but was just too full. Our total bill for 4 of us with drinks and wine was $2000 pesos which is about $180 ...... A bargain considering the view and the amazing food. I highly recommend this restaurant!

“A Little Bit of Heaven”
Reviewed 1 March 2012

As you come off the elevator and see the beauty of this restaurant your breath is taken away. You are greated with warm and friendly waiters, shown to your table where you enjoy the beautful flowery trees and breathtaking view. The food is cooked to perfection and served just as wonderfully. You are treated like family and a return trip will be a must
