This is a delightful palapa style seafood restaurant a few blocks from Walmart on the Costera Aleman, across the street from the Ahorros farmacia plaza where you will find my other favorite, Carmeniere. Paco's is not pretentious and tends to attract Mexican families rather than jetsetters. The shrimp cocktail is generous and inexpensive. I love the whole red snapper (huachinango) al mojo de ajo (garlic sauce). One can get superb fresh seafood here without breaking the bank, and the wait staff are very personable. I drive to Acapulco from Cuernavaca 6 to 8 times a year and always look forward to dining here. Careful, they close by 8 pm.
