Our white and pink paradise vacation was magnificent ! The resort is so beautiful and the staff went above and beyond our expectations to satisfy our every request and provided outstanding service. Their friendliness and attention to us cannot be complimented enough. Our private pool casita was gorgeous and private and the views are breathtaking from paradise. Our room service was excellent with a nice romantic flair, while Bella Vista is a five-star fine dining experience that showcases exquisite food and service. Without a doubt, Las Brisas is a true "shangri la"!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful stay and I can definitely see us returning.

The good:
-THE VIEWS!!! The views from this hotel are amazing. Not only from the hotel rooms, but also from the beach club and the restaurant there.
-The service! From check-in to the beds being turned down with Godiva chocolates on the pillows, the service was excellent! Everyone was always smiling, asking us if we needed anything. offering to help.
-Having our own pool. This was a great feature since I wake up earlier than my husband, it was nice to be able to just step right outside and eat my sweet rolls or read.
-The food was amazing! Almost everyday we ate lunch at the Beach Club and dinner at BellaVista. We ordered the ST Merlot, salads, beef tenderloin, tataki tuna, and either the Sweet Collection or the creme brulee for dessert. DELICIOUS!!
-The sweet rolls for breakfast were perfect for a small pick me up.
-Whenever we needed a jeep to get to the lobby or the restaurants, they were always quick to come pick us up

The okay:
-We don't speak Spanish (obviously this is on us), and occasionally we ran into very small issues where we couldn't communicate. Again, this is on us.
-I upgraded us from a Private Pool Casita to a Beach Club Casita because it offered certain amenities. Most of those distinguishing amenities never appeared. Bathrobes, lounges, and the wine at sunset. We received hor d'ouvres 4/5 nights but not the wine. I would not pay for the upgrade in the future. The view seemed to be amazing from every room.
-The wi-fi was incredibly patchy and did not work at all for 4/6 days.
-Be aware that if you don't get a suite, people can see onto your pool deck - not into your room.

Again, we really enjoyed this hotel and would certainly return!

Room Tip: Room 460 was nice, but there is a tree blocking the view of the sunset.

Stayed at Las Brisas Acapulco for one night during our week long stay in Acapulco. Wow, are the only words to describe the service, location and amenities. The staff could not do enough for us. We had a private pool cassita, with the most wonderful view of the bay.
Rooms were nice and spacious, beds very comfortable and private pool is a must have.
Nothing but great things to say. I will be back for a longer stay next time.

Room Tip: Be sure to get a private pool, and a higher up room.

We have stayed at this amazing hotel over a dozen times since 1981. every time is better than the last. We like casita number 310 as it is very private. Will return as often as we can. The service here is outstanding and they will do whatever it takes to make your stay pleasant.

This is such a relaxing hotel... it’s hard to describe the feeling of standing on you balcony looking at the most amazing view of Acapulco while feeling the calm breeze coming in from the Pacific Ocean... it’s INCREDIBLE. Not to mention your own pool a couple steps away! My family and a friend with her boyfriend stayed in adjacent rooms and shared a pool. It was excellent. We all had breakfast next to the pool every morning and took a little swim before heading off to the beach. This is an excellent hotel when traveling with a large group.
Improvements: The beach club could use an additional pool. I don´t want to imagine the crowd during peak season... I love the 70´s feel but some things could use an upgrade; such as the coffee thermo and other small items look really worn out. The receptionist had our reservation with an incorrect number of rooms reserved. Instead of calling the travel agency or looking for a solution, she just stared at me blankly waiting for me to give her a solution. I must say, this was not the best greeting. The biggest issue I saw is the difference in customer service when dealing with foreign tourists (who receive better service) as opposed to national tourists (not so great). I understand this is present in almost all hotels but at Las Brisas it was particularly more noticeable...
We had a great stay and will definitely return!

If you want to get off the main drag and away from the congestion of Acapulco, this is the place to stay. Sure, you need to get a taxi (or rent a Las Brisas pink and white Jeep) to get anywhere, but it is worth it. The views are spectacular and the luxury of your own private casita, patio and pool are fabulous. We were greeted by a very accommodating staff upon reception and fairly quickly transported to our casita. Everything was clean and the fresh flowers in your pool every day are a nice touch (yes, we discovered ants inside like another reviewer, but they are to be expected in such a climate and were by no means a real issue of concern). Our morning pastries, fruit and coffee were consistently delivered on time, and enjoying them in privacy, poolside, overlooking the bay is a nice way to start the day (though we needed to call for milk/creamer every morning despite their promise to remember it the next day). Transportation to and from your casita is by Jeep - the drivers arrived quickly and were virtually all very friendly (the property had very few guests when we were there, so I'm not sure it's always fast). A trip to the private "Beach Club" is certainly worth it at least once, but if you have a private pool and better views you may not feel a need to leave your casita. Be sure to enjoy the sunset from the Las Brisas property. If I have any suggestions for Las Brisas management it would be to dramatically upgrade the fitness center, updating equipment and taking more advantage of the views available, and please stop so highly overcharging for terribly watered down drinks at the sunset bar.

Room Tip: For greatly enhanced privacy and superior views, reserve a casita on the highest levels of the prope...
