Stopped here for about half an hour as part of a bus tour of Manzanillo. I was great to see a part of the city that represents an integral part of the region tourist draw - swordfishing. We didn't go into any of the buildings, simply walked around the statue and enjoyed the place.

There are a couple of nice restaurants on the board walk, other than that, not much to see or do. Didn't like the meat/fish market; it was large and unappealing with all the 'faces' staring at you. Animal and fish faces, I mean.

Yes like so many other contributors, I was a little disappointed!
The shops are quite touristy - and also hike the prices when the cruise ships arrive!
The market was very interesting - particularly watching the fish sellers filleting their wares, beware of those knives!

Not as much English speaking people here, so we had a bit more trouble with the language barrier, but still everyone very friendly. It was a rainy day, so we took our time walking about. Very nice. Took the bus there and back, super easy to navigate!
