We came here on the advice of our taxi driver, and probably would have missed it entirely if we had just been walking by on the street.
The décor is open air under tarps, and we had a table by the beach, after sunset.
The food and service was good - My husband loves seafood, so quite enjoyed his meal. I'm not a seafood person, but was still able to enjoy the tortilla soup and chicken fajitas. Our complimentary appetizer was chips served with a tasty chipotle salsa and queso (which is somewhat like fine cottage cheese in texture).
Unfortunately, what made this dining experience highly unpleasant was that they permitted cigarette smoking right at the tables... even being outside, the breeze blowing it around was enough to trigger an asthma attack for me, and I was unable to finish eating my meal.
Also somewhat annoying were the vendors trying to sell stuff or coerce you into a timeshare presentation. There was a musician who went around to tables offering to play music (for a 50 peso fee per song).
