The process to book was very easy. The house manager greeted us at the property and gave us a tour and margaritas on the house. This place is great. Four bedrooms, five bathrooms. We drew straws to pick rooms, but there isn't a bad one in the place. The suite we were in overlooked the pool and the palapa and the ocean. Breathtaking!
The villa felt safe and secure, as is the neighborhood which it is in. We spent most of the time at the villa since it had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, but a couple days we went into town to visit galleries and shops. The old town PV area is fantastic, so charming with it's cobblestone streets and the locals are incredibly friendly and helpful.
We loved the private chef. He did a fantastic job and cooked anything we wanted. I wish he could have come back to the states with us! Same with the maid!
After searching several properties in the PV area we are so happy we picked Villa Verde and can't wait to go back in the future. If you have the opportunity to stay here be sure to do so!
This house was perfect for a week long stay. It is in a nice neighborhood with cobblestone streets, located right on the beach, and a quick cheap taxi ride to old town for shopping and restaurants. The four bedroom place is comfortably furnished with a great indoor outdoor feel. All the decks and balconies were perfect to look out over the ocean. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great in the rooms, all the linens and towels were provided so it really had everything you could need. We loved having our own chef to cook for us and do all the clean up. We loved everything he came up with. The rest of the staff was great as well, answering any question we had. Highly recommend booking this place with Jordan, we didn't want to leave!
I've been coming down to Puerto Vallarta for a few years now, staying at owner's condos in the area but this trip we had a group of 8, so we looked for a villa were we could all be together. We had a wonderful experience spending a week at Villa Verde. The location, the facilities, the staff - all were fantastic! The beach is breathtaking and we enjoyed how quiet and relaxing the neighborhood feel was, yet ventured into town towards the Malecon at night.
I had an excellent experience booking the house through Jordan who was always friendly, responded very quickly and went out of her way to help us with advice on what to do. The chef created some of the best Mexican food I have had. Definitely order the carnita or chicken street tacos; they were a hit. The housekeepers were also quite impressive, cleaning the property top to bottom daily. Rita, the local house manager, assisted us in booking some great activities including zip-lining and scuba diving.
The house itself is very charming, and I loved all the brick and stonework. The palapa is incredible and really an architectural feat! The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the furniture and everything was kept in great shape.
I highly recommend Villa Verde and will be back!
