This restaurant in the Marina area of Puerto Vallarta used to be excellent. Not so any more. My husband and I dined there this evening. The service was terrible. We did not receive their signature table-side prepared guacamole until half way through our main course and we had to ask for it twice. My first drink was gone and nobody offered a second. When I asked for one it didn't arrive until I was almost done with my main course. When the manager (I think he is the owner) asked how everything's was, I told him I was disappointed in the service. His response was, "We are very busy." We also did not receive the complementary Kahlua and cream we were promised. That said, the garlic mahi mahi was wonderful but not good enough to make up for terrible service. Apparently their success may be their downfall.
