My wife and some friends found this place while walking Basilio Badillo. It's tucked away behind a coffee and chocolate stall named Xocodiva. You walk through a tight entryway into a cozy, almost speakeasy place. There is room for about 20 people, so it almost feels like a supper club.
We loved the homemade bread and seasoned butter to start. The salad was large and wonderful for sharing. The homemade pasta was fantastic, cooked to perfection, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The ribeye was seared with just the right crust, and the salt flavor made it heavenly. Yum, my mouth is watering reliving it.
The drinks were also good and enjoyed a reasonable bottle of wine with our meal as well. Don't miss this place, and as the season gets busier, you'll need reservations.
All of us agreed that the servers were very attentive and thoughtful.
I strongly recommend this place and can honestly say the steak here was cooked better than any other steak I have had in PV and that is saying something.
