Beef is risky south if the US border. The filet here was referred to by two people in our group of 6 as one of three best they have ever had. The shrimp and mahi mahi dishes were also amazing! I think this might be our best meal in Zihua yet this week!

We've been back five times in the last five months, and the service is always friendly and professional. The food is reliable with good variety.

The restaurant is located on Paseo del Pescador and is the perfect location to enjoy a wonderful meal. The ambiance is very nice and the service is great especially from our favourite waiter, Carlos.

Unfortunately some of the food was a disappointment this year. The gazpacho was outstanding. The seafood linguini had very little sauce (dry) and my chicken, although beautifully presented, was absolutely bone dry.

We had the last dinner of our trip here - with much trepidation. We haven't had good experiences on the Paseo generally. Very pleasant surprise. My gazpacho soup was excellent, linguini with garlic & shrimp tasted good though the pasta was a bit over cooked. Our server was excellent as was the rest of the staff - good training shows & really elevates this restaurant to the fine dining class. A really lovely last night in Zihua thanks to the staff!

We have eaten here several times on our many visits to Zihua. Wonderful location for watching the hustle and bustle of the Paseo. Street vendors can be a nuisance so use a firm no. Buy something and they will never leave you alone. The tables are clean and well laid out. Generously welcomed by one of the waiters we have come to know. Problem this time with the quality of the food and quite disappointed . I hope this improves as Porto di Mare has so much potential.
