We stayed at Casa Adriana from Nov 10th-Dec 8th 2013 and I've been wanting to write this review and can't believe it's almost April. It was our third year staying at least a month and it does feel like home away from home. The views of the bay are amazing. Adriana and Lucy are available and respond immediately to any concerns and go out of their way to address any issue yet don't interfere with the sense of privacy that we like about Casa Adriana.
We love Madera beach and walking up and down the stairs to the bay from our apartment to swim everyday is a breeze for us seniors. We often swam twice a day and love the view of the the coastline from the bay: the hills, palm tress, thatched roof buildings and tropical vegetation. Who needs a pool when you have this calm bay to swim in. We prepared many meals in the charming outdoor kitchen and ate overlooking the beautiful view of the bay. The family takes exceptional care of the hotel, always updating and now have a restaurant, La Terracita close by. It's one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Zihuatanejo. We feel privileged to know this delightful family who work so diligently to make us feel welcome and provide a unique lodging experience. It's not a fancy resort with a pool, TVs, just the way we like it.
