I must say that I normally avoid Vegetarian Restaurants as I don't find the food satisfying. I have returned several times to this one. VERY satisfying. One problem: They serve more than a person can eat! The food is very original, and tasty, and cheap. 48 pesos will get you a full meal from main course, two side dishes, a large whole wheat roll, drink and dessert. It's located in a funky neighborhood in the historic center of Guadalajara, across the street from the famous Gay Tacos Stand. Always busy, busy, but it moves fast as the service is rapid to keep up with the demand. Nothing fancy, but I love it.
