Biko is Basque inspired molecular gastronomy from the Gaston & Aristide group. Less than full probably due to the massive road construction just meters from the door, the interior was serene with abundant people watching. But that doesn't mean the food doesn't command attention. First up was Foie Gras mousse--if that's not your thing please pass your plate to me. Next, Mussels with ground Chicharon--yes, it sounds like it came from a bad basket on Chopped, but the chef survived this round. I'd get hungry recounting it all but I'd go back in a heartbeat and view it as a steal at about USD $75 for a 10-course pre-fixe.
