I stayed for bussiness / pleasure here with my wife and my daughter. Good room. Ask with a view to Reforma street, the side view is not that good. Excellent food and restaurant, Good room,. Centric location. Near reforma 222 nice mall and next to Venece Street with several restaurants. One block from the Angel where you can take the turibus for tours around the city and to other cities next to the DF. Executive lounge service was excellente.

If you stay at the Marriott Reforma, I would recommend NOT staying on the executive floor. Guests on all other floors can have breakfast in the very good hotel restaurant with great hot dishes and a spectacular juice bar, but if you have the bad luck ot be on executive floor, you are not allowed to eat at this restaurant; rather, you are condemned to have a much more modest selection of fruit, breads and coffee. Why pay more to get less??

I stayed at the Marriott Reforma for one night last week on a short business trip. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. The room was as normaly expected in a Marriott, clean and functional. My best experience there was the kindness and efficiency of the reception personnel and of the concierge, who provided excellent advice and service. This made the overall stay very pleasant. I recommend this hotel for the professionalism of its staff.

Only stayed for 2 nights on business. Hotel lobby was well polished and looking good, corridors to rooms a little 'stuffy' (could do with brightening up), and room was just right. Very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing - huge variety and very attentive staff - totally recommended. Location is good - on one of the main avenues.

This was my first trip to Mexico City. Overall this was a very nice hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and spoke good English. The restaurant is nice, however room service, while quick, is average. The room was small. It had 2 queens and I had no space to do yoga - which I practice regularly in hotel rooms when traveling for work. There was no space in this room. It was nicely decorated, but very small. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice shower, nice products. They did not re-stock my coffee/tea and do not have complimentary in the lobby. There are several English startions on the television as well as European and 1 or 2 Asian stations. The area around the hotel is very nice and safe. Traffic is crazy so be careful crossing streets. There is a delicious bakery, not too far, El Globo I would encourage travelers to visit! There are several Starbucks within walking distance. There is also a California Pizza Kitchen and Olive Garden right across the street. There are also local restaurants within walking distance - try those first!

Room Tip: I would imagine, since the traffic is pretty crazy right outside the hotel, higher rooms will be quieter.
