Great hotel for both work and pleasure. Situated adjacent to a locals street where you can find a slew of restaurants and bars to try some local foods. Also close to many places of work so provides a nice balance.

Staff are quite friendly and helpful at all times. Very quiet and night - always slept soundly.

Have now stayed at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma 3 times in the past 18 months. This is a highly professional property with a wonderful caring group if associates. Upon arrival upgraded to a fine suite and the rooftop concierge is well appointed and a great knowledgable staff. Evening live music is a nice touch and a great place to relax. I will return to this consistent gem

Stayed at this Marriott Location twice and absolutely loved everything - great rooms, great services, the concierge lounge is fantastic and the guys who attend to you at the lounge are very personable. I would highly recommend this location.

Easy walking distance to many many restaurants.

Can't beat the location, right next to Zona Rosa with lots and lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The room was average size but clean. Not much of a view but that didn't bother me. If you can, get the room that includes breakfast. A la carte is way too expensive and available much cheaper steps away from the property. I did not like the fact that they actually charge for the tea bags in the room. That's just a rip off, especially since the coffee is still free. I always travel with my own. Plus, you can go to the business center and pick up a tea bag there for free. Highly recommend ending that practice. Not in keeping with Marriott standard.

Room Tip: I don't think there are many options for a view because of the way the building is designed and...

the hotel is great although taxi service is shoddy sometimes. I managed to get metered ride to the airport once but another time it was not possible (and more expensive) with the same xompany. The rooms were large and comfortable, the breakfast is good, especially if you are a meat eater. My room had no view, but it didn't bother me. The hotel is close to everything you want to see. I walked all the way to the main cathedral etc. The restaurants in the hotel are quite decent and affordable. Overall a good stay

I stay in the Marriott 2 weeks per month. The hotel staff are very friendly and always keen to help(make sure you have a little cash to hand).

In particular, Jaime Vladerama leaves most attending staff standing, very attentive and always greeted with a smile.

Keep up the the good service, see you all in June, July, August.........................

Ian

Room Tip: avoid 425, its need the boiler controlling the Spa facility. ALL other rooms are great.
