Conveniently located near the World Trade Center and Avenida Insurgentes, Wudatt's is in a pleasant neighborhood. The menu shows both Mediterranean and Japanese roots. The clever chef, however, has a "fusion" approach and does not hesitate to use other cuisines for inspiration. Our group of twelve ordered a wide variety of items and everyone was extremely happy. Chicken and shrimp dishes seemed especially to please. My own personal favorites were an appetizer featuring zucchini and calabaza with a delicate sauce and herbs, gazpacho with a subtle watermelon taste, and a fruit-laden dessert called "lili." Decorated with original drawings, Wudatt's has a comfortable, informal ambiance. The restaurant welcomes both tourists and local diners. The knowledgable staff speaks English. Dining here is both a fun experience and a good value.
