From the personal butler experience, to the high-tech in-room amenities this hotel is one of the best room experiences in Latin America. Service was great, from morning coffee, to free 3 shirts ironing, to a great restaurant. Given a corporate arrangement I had a good value, although I do know room is somehow expensive if not in that line and the restaurant is quite expensive.
There are only two things to be improved: i) the business center is too small, and ii) the gym is not as state of the art as the rest of the hotel.
