“Wonderful stay, wonderful welcome and immaculate room”
Reviewed 4 January 2014

We were here for only one night after a long flight from the UK to Mexico the welcome was so warm and lovely and the service fantastic! After checking in and seeing our beautiful room we went to the bar area by the garden for some nachos they were AMAZING they made the guacamole at our table and we will never forget it!!! It was stunning!!! We also had tequila proper decent tequila for the first time :-)

After our snack we went to bed it was an incredibly comfy bed and we slept really well.
The gardens and fire features are beautiful!!!

A perfect hotel!!!

Stayed over new year and despite the busy period service was without fault. Concierge superb in every way. Room service was very good - we ordered wine separately from the bar with our meal which was cooked as requested.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location is close to metro stops to get around if you choose this, we did although during daylight hours only.

Room Tip: overlooking the courtyard as most are.

This hotel is lovely: large room, very comfy bed, well lighted and nicely appointed bath. Staff is delightful. I had one of the best facials of my life in the spa. Located just outside Chapultepec Park. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City Mexico (Dec 20-28th 2013) and it certainly is the best hotel in town. Its location and services exceed any previous idea we could have had of the city's hotels. Great tours also organized by the Hotel's Concierge through out the city and to Teotiucan

Fine hotel. Our room was large and overlooked the lovely courtyard. The bed was comfy. Nice bathroom amenities. The staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the museums of Chapultepec, worked well for us, We do wish the breakfast buffet included good breads, not just sweet rolls and toaster bread. Also we suggest that the restaurant offer a white wine by the bottle in the $30 to $40 range.

Construction next door was a bit noisy...shame as it is a beautiful hotel, in a really central location. The courtyard is overlooked by the new building, so it was hard to escape the noise. Lovely bar, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We were there for one night enroute back to the US and I would definitely return. Rooms were beautiful. Food was great. Service was perfect. Price was good. Walking distance from the Modern Art and Anthropology Museums.

Room Tip: Overlooking the beautiful central courtyard
