Friendly staff, very helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Enjoyed eating in the courtyard restaurant. Loved being outdoors listening to the singer and the pianist who accompanied her. Location on Reforma is great. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the courtyard.

Fantastic stay. I recommend this hotel.
In particular Mr. Stefano ANTONIAZZI (concierge) provided an oustanding service with valuable help.
Room was spacious, confortable and clean. Bed very good.
Bathroom ok. Wi-Fi ok.
My room was 229.

Room Tip: My room 229 had the window on the internal garden and was very good

This has to be my favorite hotel in Mexico DF for entertaining, unfortunately I have not been able to stay here for the past few years. This at one time was a Holiday Inn, hard to believe, but it's brand now as a Four Seasons lives up to its name and ambiance. If you book book a courtyard side rooms, the garden views are incredible, very old world. The hotel lobby, lobbies, there are several intertwining rooms and meeting areas lead to several different lounges, bars and if course the main dining area to which you can dine inside or on the patio garden side. The menue is short but complete and offers a very nice selection of pasta, fish or meat. Salads, a few choices, but mine is the spinach with pine nuts, cheese and a dressing which it sublime. Had the beef filet with season vegetable, my associate had the same but with asparagus - cooked to perfection, just like the service, the Four Season staff should train other hotel staff there that good. Next time I have to book here also, my associate was a guest, the rooms in his words immaculate, you want to take a step up in style - the Four Seasons should be your choice

Room Tip: Courtyard view

Beautiful property immediately adjacent to Chapultapec. You get what you pay for; the room was spacious and well maintained; bathrooms excellent with high quality amenities. Bed was extremely comfortable. The concierge were very helpful and the staff always friendly. Although not inexpensive (about $30 pp), the brunch every morning was amazing with great eggs, the best tamales I've ever eaten, and friendly refined service. Left us full enough to go all day without lunch. We took a private tour guide from there to Teotihuacan which was phenomenal. Best part of Mexico City was staying there.

Room Tip: Ask for one not quite so far from the elevators

Very comfortable hotel and the concierge staff couldn't do enough to help. Food in the bar restaurant was excellent and the manager very interesting to talk to and keen to ensure guests were well attended to. Outdoor area is lovely to sit in. It's such a pity that it's now overshadowed by an office block which looms over it blocking some of the sunshine.

I come here often for work and I have stayed everywhere, but this is the only place now. Beautiful facility, good service, and lots to do close. You have to be aware in Mexico because it so busy and fast paced. This hotel is located perfect so you can go shop or eat, while not having to travel to far away for the hotel.
