This was my first trio to Mexico City. I was a little nervous about safety, but felt very comfortable in this hotel. It seemed to be a safe area of town, although the traffic was crazy! There are guards inside and outside. The staff was great! They are all very attentive and eager to ensure that you are comfortable and pleased with your stay. My room was on the 32 floor, and spotless! I had a great panoramic view of the city. The outlets worked with no adapter needed and bottled water is provided in each room (the water in plastic bottles is free, the water in the glass bottles is not). After the second day, I decided to brush my teeth with the water from the sink instead of using the bottled water, and had no issues. The room had multiple lighting options, which all could be controlled with buttons on the alarm clock, which I thought was a neat feature. It was very quiet on my floor, and the AC worked great. There are a few restaurants in the hotel, and they all had decent food. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was impressed with this hotel and will be staying here again!
