If you're looking for a place to sleep in a great location.....this is the place.....
The room is clean.......bathroom is clean...hallway is clean.....and location is perfect....

The staff were super friendly....We needed to go to Basilica de Guadalupe.....they told us don't take the metro...instead take the bus RTP.......and we took his advice and we're glad we did......the bus was clean...safe and cheap.....only MXN$2/person/way.....
Whenever we need something they're there to help you......

The room was kinda old....specially the bathroom.....I love the big huge circle bathtub though.... Plenty of pillows on the bed....Mattress is kinda in the hard side.....room is kinda small compared to the 1st time we stayed 2 years ago....TV channels is kinda boring...not to much to watch.....door is kinda thin.....you can hear what ppl say inside the room when you pass by a room.....balcony was great.....Safety box didn't have any lock....we stayed on the 8th floor....and great view....AC was not working great..it was kinda hot when we slept at nite.....we were thinking to open the balcony door but it was kinda noisy with the police sirens and all ....
The Lobby though.......has some weird odor.....Don't know if it's from the kitchen.but it didn't really smell good....
There are 2 elevators...but 1 of them were not working when we were there.......so it took quite a while for the elevators....

Swimming pool was nice...on the rooftop...but it was kinda small and the water was super cold....

F&B didn't try it....so no comment on this.....

Overall stay....was pretty good....no much of a complain.....
Just advice.......i got my wallet stolen while walking from the hotel to have lunch....just be aware when you walk in Zona Rosa......avoid crowds of ppl......

Hard to say if it's a good three star hotel or an old 4 stars that does not deserve them anymore. But if you go there don't care for this issue. Just a great location and clean rooms, with good bathrooms. Everything is a bit old but that has it's character too. Every room has a balcony which is great. Ask for a room as high as possible. The higher the room, the better the view. And the silence. Very close to the metro station. Front desk service is rather poor, but breakfast is a good value. Forget about the swimming pool on the roof: very small and cold. Next time I go to DF I definitely stay there... if they still have great promo prices on the web (rack prices at front desk are definitely too high for what you get). i had an approx 65 dollars per room and per night price which was a great value!

Room Tip: The higher in the building the better the view (and more quiet)

This hotel was in a perfect location for our first visit to Mexico City. It is located right in town (one of them) we spent most of our trip walking and saw so much! Very low price for our room and the hotel was beautiful!! we will deffinately stay again if we make it back to Mexico City.

Rooms were Clean, stayed for 5 Nights staff was very helpful and accomadating. Resturant food was very good! had vegetarian options which was very nice between 120 and 140 paso for either breakfast lunch or dinner they have a buffet or menu option. alcoholic beverages range from about 60-120 paso for a drink They also had a 2 for 1 option for drinks that were on special. I stayed here with my parents and it was nice. But very cold in mexico city in December (next time i will plan better for warmer temp)

Our missed our flight from MEX-AMS, so Aeromexico sent us to Century Hotel Zona Rosa. We were there at around 1am.......Aeromexico gave us meal voucher and hotel voucher for that night, so after we checked in, i went to the hotel's restaurant to get our super late dinner.
They cooked our food and sent it to our room. The staffs were nice, the room is pretty good and clean...the beds are big enough for 4 of us ( me, my husband and 2 kids), the bathroom was nice with a huge round bathtub, Too bad my boys didn't have time to enjoy the tub, The hallway was kinda dark though.....The food came to our room not too long after I ordered.
After we woke up a few hours later, went to have b'fast downstairs, Many variety of b'fast meal.
overall, pretty good a few hours stay in Mexico City.

The rooms are filthy. FILTHY. They say they offer room service, but why would you eat anything in such a filthy room? The fitness center is a joke. The walls are paper thin. There is no heat in the room which would be fine if the sliding glass door closed all the way. It doesn't and it's 63 degrees outside, so it's pretty cold in here. The shower seems to work and there is a strong Internet connection, which is allowing me to type this review while I wait for my husband to return from checking us out early so we can go to another hotel. Honestly, don't stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights on the 7th floor. Dates of stay were from June 15-20, 2012. I stayed at this same hotel about twenty years ago with a friend and have to say the property has not aged well. I travel to Mexico City frequently for both work and fun and normally stay at another hotel in the Zona Rosa area but the other hotel does not have air conditioning and when I was in town a month earlier it was very hot so I tried the Century.

The hotel is very average. The people who staffed the front desk were all friendly and there were no problems with anyone. For the price this hotel charges one can find a much nicer place in the area; I know this because I checked out some other nearby hotels while I was there.

The internet was free and the connection was good, stable, no problems with disconnections. The location is very good and the hotel was clean. The room was quiet enough considering Mexico City can be a very noisy place and especially in this area of town but the door to the balcony stayed closed because of the air conditioning. The water pressure is very good, the hot water is plentiful and the bathtub is huge.

Negatives, the hotel is just very very dated looking. The bulb above the tub burned out and was never replaced. In fairness I did not report it but thought the maid would notice and report it. The lid to the toilet would not stay up and the top to the toilet had been broken and was glued back together. The colors in the room were mostly pink and green and looked as if it has not been updated since the 1970's. The main issue with the room was the lack of electrical outlets. There were two by the mirror but none that were close enough to the bed to be used to charge an IPAD or cell phone and still have it handy. The door to the room seemed to close securely but light from the hall came into the room around the door. The elevator was out a few times and was frequently very noisy. Last, the elevator would not go to the top floor where the pool was located so I was unable to use the pool (the door for the stairs to the pool was kept locked). They also charge 4 pesos per minute for local calls.

Overall it is not a bad place but for the price one can do much better. I would not hesitate to stay there again but it would certainly not be one of my first choices.
