The location is downtown, close to Zocalo and Bellas Artes... there is a nice park close by. The rooms and service are superb and the staff very friendly. I would recommend to to stay to any of my friends. I was checking and they told I was a Gold member, so I went upstairs to the executive lounge to check-n. The service here is excellent.

As I was checking in downstairs, they said, "Oh you are a Diamond. You can check in at the Executive Lounge." Went upstairs and they upgraded me to a fabulous suite -- hot tub in a separate room with a glass, huge bedroom with big TV, nice living area with a bigger TV, ... . And very nice service in the Executive Lounge. Plus, the El Cardenal restaurant downstairs is excellent. Internet access was fairly decent. I'll return.

Stayed 5 nights on business in January. Consistent Hilton experience. Was on Executive floor and really like hassle free breakfast, dinner/ happy hours, internet access (when you have gold level or pay additional $40/ day)
Spacious rooms, comfortable, quiet, choice on restaurants nearby, Starbucks next door.

Hilton Hotel Mexico Juarez

We found this Hilton to be wonderfully located, with attentive service and well appointed ambiance. At check in it went smoothly and Erika was very helpful answering my questions. The Concierge supplied me with maps and instructions and booked a tour for me the next day. One of the first things I noticed was that the marble floor in the lobby and in the elevator matched, and then found that the marble floor in my bathroom was a close match too. We were able to walk out of the lobby and across the street to the Alameda. Then to the Palacio de Bellas Artes to buy our Ballet Folklorico tickets and then to one of the many coffee shops near the hotel. (There is a Starbucks right next door)
From there we could walk to the “house of tiles” , “the Zocalo” , the Diego Rivera mural museum, and other downtown sites. There are also two subway stations located only about two easy blocks walk from the hotel. The airconditioning worked well, the elevators were fast, there was good hot water in the shower, the maid did a great job cleaning my crumbs from eating sabrosos Mexican pastries in my room. On the weekends there is a “mini market” across from the hotel in the Alameda which proves to be an interesting tourist attraction by itself. We had no problem taking the Metro to other destinations , and taking taxis to the Zona Rosa and Polanco (fare with the gold and red taxis was 40pesos) The taxi that the hotel doorman called for me cost 200 pesos for a short trip so I advise to avoid that method of booking a taxi. My final Hilton comment deals with the internet. There was only free internet in the Lobby but not in the room.

Room Tip: high floor gives you a great view. the lobby has free internet access.

I book a stay of 3 nights at this hotel in September. Wonderful location in DF. Nice and big rooms. Good wifi connexion. The most and nicest and biggest gym I stayed ever. I'm a bodybuilding enthusiast and their gym is one of the biggest and nicest, with a nice spa area. Their front desk are available and they booked for me any taxis or other requests.

good location, nice, well decorated and large room, not expensive either
I booked two rooms through Expedia UK, which were much cheaper compared to the price we saw on their Mexican website

there is a market outside the hotel, where you can buy some local stuff.
