When it comes to business and Historic Downtown this is the place. Elegant, excellent service within your budget. I recommend to visit "La casa de los azulejos" and el "Zocalo" (main plaza in downtown).

The Hilton Mexico City Reforma is a high-rise business hotel in a preferred location - directly across from Alameda Park and on the edge of the Central Historic Area. Service at the hotel is excellent from the concierges to the bell desk to the waiters and maids. The Executive Lounge serves free breakfast and lunch to guests on those floors. The two main hotel restaurants are both excellent, and room service is fast and reliable. This hotel is an excellent choice for both the tourist and business traveler.

Room Tip: It is worth the slight additional cost to go the executive levels. Views are wonderful and the execu...

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean but avery old and worn rooms. The hotel is not really located in Reforma and the area seems a bit sketchy at night. If you are doing business downtown it is convenient but not so much for the Reforma area.

A lovely property in a desirable location.
Excellent service from every staff member encountered, particularly the concierge whom assisted with transport options to Toluca airport.
Excellent executive lounge with authentic & gracious service with superb views over the Reforma district.
Easy walking distance to all facilities & beautiful park opposite.
Rooms, though not large, were well appointed & very quiet with a nice comfortable bed.
Thank you Hilton!

Hi Mr. AussieScott70, Thanks for your comments and for your time!

We are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed a good stay and that we have satisfied your expectations with our services, that means we are doing well. I agree with you that our executive lounge´s panoramic view is spectacular, it gives you the opportunity to see the city from another perspective. There´s a lot of important monuments and places to know here in the City´s heart, beginning with the Historic Center, The Metropolitan Cathedral, National Palace and the Arquitectonic zone of "Templo Mayor" so for your next visit ask to our concierge about a good city tour.

Please, let us be your second home to your next visit.

Have a nice day, regards!

Wow, just spent three nights at the Hilton Reforma and we were impressed. The location is excellent, across the street from a lovely park and about half way between the coveted Zocalo and Chapultapeque Park areas.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Carlos, whisked up to the Executive lounge for a lightening fast check-in. The lounge provided us with a full breakfast and a light dinner every day of our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and, without exception, simply wonderful.
The concierge helped us with directions, maps and tour bookings.
There is security at the front door.
We felt very welcome and safe here. The Hilton was an oasis in a frenetic city.

Room Tip: Upgrade to the executive floor is well worth the expense.

This hotel is without a doubt, one of the best in the Hilton system.

I arrived Friday 1/31, and while I arrived too late to check in at the Executive Lounge, the front desk agent was beyond courteous and warmly welcomed me to the property. As an HHonors Gold member, my welcome packet was available at the front desk, and the agent even gave me a gold slip to choose a welcome amenity from. Choices included mixed fruit plate with sparkling water, chocolate truffles, and one other that I can't remember. A really nice and solid touch!

I was given a room on the 27th Executive floor, with one King bed. Room furnishings were very nice, and standard Hilton, but the room had ample space and was nicely organized. Bathroom featured an amazing tub, and shower had great water pressure.

The next morning I used the gym which is amazing. It rivals actual paid gyms, and for those from the US, is not the typical gym fare found at most hotels. It was awesome to have so many cardio machines and free weight options to get in a good workout. The Executive Lounge BLEW me away. It occupies half of the 26th floor and offers sprawling views of Mexico City. Breakfast was decent and included a couple of hot options, as well as standards such as pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. The coffee machine is amazing and offers a fresh ground cup of coffee served individually.

The hotel really shines with regards to their staff and customer service. I had decided to give myself a walking tour the day of my departure. Erika and Victoria in the Executive Lounge were beyond accommodating, granting me a late check out so I could leave my stuff in my room as I wandered. As I left the property, the concierge and bellman were fantastic in helping me secure a legit taxi and ensuring driver and I were in agreement on price, prior to agreeing to the trip.

The location is perfect too. Right in the heart of the Historic area. 20 minutes walking and you can visit the Palacio Nacional, Zocalo, Benito Juarez memorial, and other major points of interest. Taxi cost from airport to Hilton cost flat rate of $209 pesos (~$15 USD) and taxi cost from Hilton back to Airport was $280 pesos (~$20 USD)

I'd absolutely return back to this property!
