This was my third stay at the Westin Santa Fe. Friendly service at check-in and concierge. I was initially assigned a room next to the elevators and the staff was efficient in giving me a different room upon request. Well equiped fitness center (but remember you're 2,400 meters above sea level). Decent breakfast buffet and room service. In general, Westin standards within the Santa Fe business district.

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The staff is friendly, speak English, and do everything that they can to make your stay as wonderful as it can possibly be. I love this hotel and will stay here again!

I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, and this is the first Hotel I have ever taken time to promote. To the average traveler, I will say this is a great hotel. But if you travel the world this is the only choice for you.

The staff is focused on true customer service, I spent a week as a guest and from the first day they made me feel like a king.

I had a project due when I checked in and the Executive Center staff at this Hotel personally worked directly with me to finish my presentation. The presentation was a great success.

Besides being the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico City, it is the only one that feels like a resort, and it is safe.

The new Westin is safe and treats you the customer as a King. I am only saying this because I was so impressed.

But like every one I did see two negatives. One the dinning room which had incrediable food was too bright and they needed more people in the bar. But as a world traveler I told the manager and he agreed and told me they were in the process of installing a dimmer, and were trainning personnel to better serve the customer This Hotel is new and these being my only issues I had is why I am on here recommending this hotel as the Best in Mexico City.
The beds are trully "heavenly" I have never slept so soundly.

The Hotel is really the best in Mexico City and Santa Fe is the only area in Mexico City any American should stay and feel safe.
