My April 24th to April 28th stay had many bumps in the road. A compilation of large learning curves for service personnel, and additional direction needed for management.

It all worked itself out with some effort, but management assured me all my concerns regarding service would be addressed and rectified. If management is willing to learn and adjust to the needs of the guests, then I will always return because of their effort

My compliments to Juan Jose Estévez, the General Manager, who resolved a 6 week problem in 2 minutes.

Nice business like hotel at very reasonable prices. Good size room. Shared a room with a mate. The twin size beds a doublebeds which is nice.

Friendly staff, though do not ask for travelling time estimates as they vary 30-40 minutes depending on who you ask.

Location seems quite safe, also after dark and situated next door to a metrobus stop and approx. 10 minutes walking from a underground station.

Only drawbacks are the breakfast (three or four rools with some cream cheese) and the ridiculousness high prices if you use one of "their taxis". Hail one from the street it is about 1/3 of the price they charge!

All in all a very good hotel that I would stay in again.

Stayed here four days and will definitely stay again on my next visit. Spacious rooms with every amenity, beautifully designed with great attentive staff. The restaurant is quite good, and the terrace is an oasis of calm, treat yourself to a drink or two here.

Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location is very good as it's 20 minutes to the airport without traffic (35-40 with traffic) and central to many attractions. Directly across the street from the World Trade Center, so you can walk to many convenient amenities...7-11, coffee houses (best is Cielito), restaurants, etc. It is a safe neighborhood with good security as it caters to many business travelers. My room overlooked the terrace between the hotel wings and was very quiet. My only complaint was that the room's carpet looked as though it would benefit from a cleaning The room rates are surprising low. Atop the Trade Center is the largest revolving restaurant. It's much pricier than other upscale restaurants in the city, but the view is unbelievable. Suggest going for drinks to enjoy the best seating for the view. Previously, I have stayed in the Polanco area which is the prettiest neighborhood (the Beverly Hills of Mexico City). If your budget allows, I would suggest looking at the large hotel chains there. But if you want a nice, clean, convenient place to stay with amazing low rates for the quality, this hotel is a good choice.

Room Tip: Inside rooms, overlooking the Terrace and quiet.

I spent 8 days in Mexico City delivering training - the training was located at Hotel Novit. The whole experience was excellent - from the training facilities to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would thoroughly recommend using it if in Mexico City. Food was good, service was good. Rooms are modern and well equipped and standards of cleanliness high. Close to the World Trade Centre, the location is convenient. I'll use it again when next in Mexico City.

The hotel is conveniently located approximately 30 min from the airport, but also not very fair from the Centro Historico or Condesa, which is handy for going out in the evening. A seven eleven is just next door to the hotel.

The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful in every way! Very helpful was also that most of them spoke English. We have been provided with a map which came handy for our sightseeing plans and were even given the opportunity to have a shower before our night flight despite already being checked out. The hotel bar is highly to recommend, cocktails are not expensive but delicious and we had a very pleasant conversation and learned a bit more about the life of one of the waitresses in Mexico City.

The rooms are very modern, spacious, clean and most important for us, the hotel gives you undisturbed night peace despite being in the middle of vibrant Mexico City!

The only thing which was slightly confusing was that though we had breakfast included, we were told off to use the buffet since we did not upgrade to a different category of breakfast. When breakfast included we were at all other places offered a kind of standard buffet which included a bit more then the cold toast and dry pastries offered by Novit as breakfast, but we were not too bothered about it.

This hotel is wonderfully located just down the street from the World Trade Centre, close to everything, lots of banks, eateries and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity. I arrived around 2am on the date I had booked and was told I would have to pay for an extra night as check-in was at 3pm, I had sent them an email re this matter but never received a response. They charged me the full rate for the extra night, not the Booking rate, it would have been a nice PR gesture if they would have given me a discount, what's $30 to a hotel chain? To a customer it means the difference between returning or not. Bedrooms are large enough with comfortable beds and nice linens, carpets were smelly, the shower floor is very slippery and the windows don't open. The sound quality isn't good, you can hear the people in the next room, I had to bang on the wall at midnight to shut them up so I could get some sleep. At check-in they said the continental breakfast included fresh fruit and juice, it doesn't contain fruit, only juice. The dining room staff is attentive to the point of annoyance, I know they want the tips but I don't like my juice glass or coffee cup refilled after every sip. The gym is excellent and open 24 hrs and the reception and concierge staff are all very professional and friendly.

Room Tip: none are soundproofed
