My daughter works just a block away, so when we meet for lunch, we tend to chose this great little restaurant! They always have a selection of delicious "aguas frescos" and the dishes are real home-cooked-meals - we love it!!

We had a delicious dinner in this small restaurant. The shrimp pasta (with green sauce) was fantastic (even for someone with a queasy stomach). The wines by the glass option was a little disappointing, but we did manage to get both a red and a white Mexican.

All the food was delicious and the ambience was lovely, marred only by the constant waft of cigarette smoke from other diners (ie on the night we dined here, the smoke continued to drift inside from outside).

We had been going to a place near Dulcinea for days, unable to get away from the delicious shrimp tacos. However, one night we found the place full, and courageously journeyed across the street to Dulcinea; WOW! Amazing service, up-to-date music, and a menu with something for everyone. We enjoyed tortilla soup, tuna carpaccio, and incredible pumpkin pesto pasta. oh, and let's not forget the shrimp tacos, which had us ordering more, and more, and more.

Dulcinea, a cozy restaurant not too big, offers tables outside (heated at cold time) and inside.
It has a very good location, setps away from Presidente Masaryk Avenue, Polanco´s heart.
The service was very good and helpful. Better if you have a reservation, specially at saturdays.
Various options of drinks and wines, reasonable prices. Spicy (really Mexican) and not spicy food.
Do not forget the artichoke!
