Like all the other reviews state, the owner, Alfonso, is fantastic. Really helpful without being too overbearing. He offered to show us various rooms, helped us with suggestions on where to go and what to see, didnt charge us for the 1st night when we arrived a day late and didnt get mad when we lost our room key in a taxi. Basically him and his wife are the perfect hosts (while we were probably not-so-perfect guests..sorry Alfonso). The rooms are basic but spacious and have a tv and fridge and wifi. Bathrooms are big and the shower is hot. It's a huge converted house so don't expect fancy hotels rooms. On that same note, it's not the most ideal setup to meet other travellers as there is not the greatest amount of common area. That being said, it's in a safe, quiet area really close to street food vendors, shops and the metro station - its totally walkable if you take the metro direct from the airport. It's only 2-3 stops from the centre of Mexico City.
