“Would never recommend it..”

I arrived thinking that the Rooms would be somewhat similar to the ones at the place but is horrible. Had no windows and was extremely hot. Not even a fan. Extremely noisy, you can hear doors shutting all the time and when people talk. Even other activities could be heard. The supposed clean room had a chewed cookie on one of the beds. Smells nasty. Couldn't fit in the toilet. It's extra small. I'm 6feet. Use flip flops for the shower because the floor looks nasty. The only thing positive is the location and it's cheap but like people say you get what you pay for Honestly I will never recommend to anyone.

Very close to Zocalo-Plaza Constitucion. If you have no idea where staying, this is a good choice. Rooms are basic And simple, And considering you're so in the middle of the city price are quite good. Great big Palace, with lift And of course Wi-Fi

The room was like 3x2. it was the smallest and the most inconvenient room I have ever stayed. there was no space for two people like at all, with only one luggage, what to speak if there would be two.
The sink was very bad, small, nothing were to put stuff, even soup.
The electricity plugins was terrible old, not holding the chargers, and charger you can put only in bed, because there is no space where to put them.
Amazingly terrible sounds in the evening in morning, because of the metal door. Can't sleep.
Uncomfortable bed.
Couldn't sleep almost all night.
No hot, and not even warm water at night for taking a shower! (which was shared)
What could be worse I was thinking.. but the huge dead cockroach.. that was enough for me.
Next day we checked out immediately.

Some good things if you still consider stay here. The location is amazing and the price for that small room 2x3 was very low - 220 pesos. The money was charged before coming there and wasn't followed by the promotion which booking.com had.
The staff is also very nice and willing to change the rooms only if you want, it can be a little better.

All these comments were made only about the cheapest rooms with shared bathrooms. DON'T book them.
I can't tell anything about other rooms.

Room Tip: DON'T choose the cheapest rooms with shared bathrooms ask to change the small 3x2 room to the b...

Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Two subway stations are close to the hotel. Staff are kind enough to bring our luggage to the room, which we asked them to keep when we had arrived earlier.

Room Tip: The gate to the hotel is a bit difficult to find. You may find it easier with the help of local peop...

Although we booked at one price and had to pay more because of some tax..I didnt minde. We slept in a room with two matrimonial bed (4 of us) and it wasn't hot at all. Location is just great, not so busy and laud but right in the middle of everything. Staff can speak english and this was helpfull. Only the room was too small and we didn't have any view at all.

Great location only 3 blocks from the Zocalo. Only 3 blocks from the Metro, which is only 45 cents per ride equal to BART in San Francisco as to safety and cleanliness for ten times the amount. And do get street tacos from Los Cocuyos just 3 blocks away. Extremely loud room, espicially from 10 PM to midnight

Room Tip: bring ear plugs

We stayed in this hotel early this week, and we got some insects in our bed! (probably louses or bugs!!) We then grabbed the pillow with one of those insects that we killed and take it to the the attendant in the front desk showing the evidence along with the weals in our body. The dependant moved us to another room but at the following day when we asked to speak with the owner ( who is always in there but hardly speaks to his customers) they said that he was asking us to pay a difference because the room where we were moved was more expensive. No apologizes at all and they were kind of rude responding that those things never happen in that hotel, even though we showed them the pillow with the evidence. Of course, we decided to leave the hotel with our weals and still feeling itching...Please, for your own wellness...stay away from that nest of bugs!!!
