“Nice budget hotel”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

Good budget hotel located at a very good place . With good proximity to WTC. The rooms are well furnished. The breakfast is also awesome in terms of the variety. The only problem being the language. Very few person understand english.

Room Tip: choose the rooms that are facing west having a good view of WTC

I recently stayed here for over 25 days for a business trip to Mexico City DF. Although its not 100% perfect; but i do recommend this hotel. Its nice and warm. The rooms are spacious enough and the service is excellent. The hotel staff was pleasant enough to complete all the requests in time. I liked their room service. It was timely and nicely presented. I would really like to come back and stay here again for my business trips. Excellent place and highly recommendable.
Location wise this place is near to the principal Avenue of Viaducto with Insurgentes. It's close to Metro Chilpancingo and also nearby Napoles Colonia.
The only negative which i was was the quality of pillow. They were hard and created some problems in sleep. Water pressure in shower was also a bit weak.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms above 5th floor.

I stayed at this Hotel because it was the only one near to my customer and approved by my company.
The service is average. I had to make a complain 4 times through 2 weeks just to get someone to fix the matter!
The food is good but nothing outstanding.
Rooms are quiet and the a/c works ok.
The main problem with this Hotel is the Internet access. There are 220 rooms in the Hotel and the bandwidth available to all guests is a mere 5Mbps down / 1 Mbps up. It is incredible how a business hotel like this has the same Internet bandwith as a 4 persons house! When you complain the staff tells you they're aware of the problem but there is no upgrade in the horizon. It truly amazes me :-O

I stayed here for a week on business. The rooms were nicely sized, clean and decently lit. They were modern enough (flat screen TV, decent (but not great) WiFi and had a sufficient number of accessible outlets. The restaurant had a decent variety of food that was more than acceptable and reasonably priced. The morning and evening buffets had ample selections but you could order off the menu as well. Service was very good. There was no lobby bar but you could get wine and beer in the restaurant.

My complaints were relatively minor. The worst thing was the pillow quality. I found them very lumpy and hard. Perhaps if I complained, they may have offered other pillow choices but I didn't bother. It was also odd that the towel changes sometimes left me without a face cloth or hand towels. Again, I'm sure they would have taken care of me if I had complained. The safe was just barely big enough for my 14" laptop. I'm not sure a 15" would have fit.

The immediate neighborhood didn't have a lot of food choices. However, a five minute walk down Insurgentes Viaducto will get you to all sorts of nice restaurants and shopping. Of course, if you want to be near that, there other hotels closer to the WTC like the Crowne Plaza. Of course, they are a bit more expensive.

I was put up here by work, the local office picked the hotel. I liked the breakfast and found the place OK, I would say it was like a Motel 8 or La Quinta in the US. Very Simple. People were friendly, but the neighborhood was sketchy....I am not at the Holiday Inn and it is much nicer, but more expensive. I personally didn't mind the locals/Prostitutes walking about the streets, but my employer felt bad and moved me.

Room Tip: It is a decent hotel. Location is probably good for some business work.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The rooms were very nice, quite new. The ameneties were very basic and the food a little less than average. The sorroundings are ok. I would recommend it if you will spend Little time in the hotel, eat outside and if it is close to your main destination.

This hotel is comfortable and pleasant enough according to their category. The rooms are spacious and whit quality amenities in the bathroom. The service is very good both at reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant food is quite good, if not have a place to go eat, you can enjoy the food of the restaurant without problem. The insurgent theater is a short walk, if your stay is on a weekend you can buy tickets in advance to see some theater. The convenience of the location depends on the purpose of your visit to Mexico City.In the hotel itself can take a safe taxi, we hired a taxi for a few hours, the cost was about 16 dollars per hour, the driver Alberto Mendoza excellent.
