Located in the heart Gay Mecca - Zona Rosa, Mexico City, Amberes cross to Hamburgo.
This establisment is on the second floor, the entrance on the 1st floor created like Japanese Garden and outside has food replicas on window show.
I think it's because of summer time, so the windows are open, we can see view outside while eating, but it's kind a hot inside since there is no AC(Air Conditioning) at all. Some people prolly like it. And for me, I just feel all drinks and foods are not so great no more coz I feel the heat from outside.
Here is the story,
The foods are actually great and they have many selections there, from sushi, sashimi even to shabu shabu(using compact stove on table).
The sushi for rice is quite different, is thicker and sweet, and all these sushi come in big scale and portion, it's worth for your $ to satisfy your hunger that's for sure.
From appetizer to dessert, they have variety to try on, and at this ocassion, I try the Sushi Special, Futomaki, and Gyoza, they are so good tho, and they will bring you some little pickels in a small plate to appetite you.
Overall, I can say the foods are delicious.
Like any other Japanese Restaurant, a Japanese Lady is available there (whom in here prolly she is the owner), to assist your needs/questions or offers you assistances and she speaks Japanese/English/Spanish as well.
They have house drinks, but it's more $ for the little glass that served tho.
So beers(not many choices, so please check first what they have) or other sodas are available for reasonable price.
The service is quick and nice, the waiter/waitress altho some of them don't speak English but hey, trust me, not like others around, they try to accomodate and understand you which is I am proud of this.
Tip: ask your check way in advance, coz it takes a little bit longer than usual.
