Definitely a must when in Mexico City, the depth of flavours in this brief-yet rich list of dishes can take you from an Escamoles Tostada to the most delicious Roast Beef Dijon Mustard sandwich and all the way to a delicate Fig and cream cheese pastry. A nice selection of handcrafted mexican beers and Mezcal completes the sensorial trip along with such a discrete, efficient and very personal service. Didn't try the wine this time but I'll get another chance, for sure.
