This tiny spot, with a few chairs and benches outside, is a total find for unusual and delicious Icecream and popsicles!
Special flavors are added daily and most are made with a type of hard alcohol as the base. (Read: mescal, vodka, cognac, tequila, rum and gin).
I had the best popsicle of my life: mescal + tamarind and sprinkled with Tajin (salty chile powder)!
We also enjoyed a watermelon mojito Icecream, a melon- Midori popsicle and a Mamey (a fruit indigenous to southern Mexico/tastes like sweet potato + maraschino cherries with a creamy texture) and cognac popsicle! Not on the same day, but that's not impossible! I'm still in Mexico City and am planning at least 2 more visits! This is a must try!
