Always go to the Olive Garden that is next door. Thought we would try Capital Grille. This was Sunday, July 27th at about 5pm. Two men at greeting station. No greeting from either. Too busy to look up. Not many tables. Got a look like they were too busy to attend us. Finally taken to a table. On the way, a snottyish comment of, "la cocina cierre en 30 minutos, eh." ( The kitchen will be closed in 30 minutes). Sat there. No waiter. We actually decided, "what are we doing here?" We got up and left. Walked over to Olive Garden and had a delicious meal. Don't bother with this place. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Like its counterparts in the US, excellent steaks, white glove service, and wonderful atmosphere. Big plus, most amazing lobster Mac-n-cheese. Worth going just for that.

Went with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Simply the best experience by far. A great example of how details can a difference in a top class restaurant. Just go there and enjoy.

From the location is stunning. Located on Reforma Avenue one of the most important in Mexico City
The menu is extensive, the specialty is English-style meat cuts.

It has a very special atmosphere and is frequented by business people in the area.
The staff is very friendly and will help you choose the best dish.
Although prices are high, is one of the most desirable places in the area

Lovely restaurant for that special meal. The staff are extremely helpful, polite & friendly. The menu isn't massive but does contain enough choice for most. The wine & cocktail list is immense. The one thing to be aware of is the extra large portion size. Mains are actually large enough to be shared between two, I had read this before I went & thought I'd drop a starter & just go straight for main, there was still too much to finish alone - they are happy to provide boxes to go.
Slightly more expensive than your average Mexico City restaurant but then this isn't an average restaurant - it's a marvellous, enjoyable experience,
