Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma
Ranked #104 of 312 Hotels in Mexico City

The hotel is in a great location right next to the very new Reforma 222 shopping mall. It's also just a very short walk from the Zona Rosa and there is easy access to the historical centre and Chapultepec Park. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped and the hotel is very new. We had a slight issue with housekeeping who did not come one day and claimed we had left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door but this would certainly not put me off staying here on my next visit to Mexico City. The rooms are very good value, close to restaurants and bars and definitely recommended.

I choose this hotel because of it's great location. Perfect for business and pleasure. Is a nice zone with plenty of interest places nearby. Chapultepec, museums and downtown are very close but not enough for walking, you may need to use a car or these nice turibus that stops in the mall next to the hotel. The staff is very professional and upgrade us free for being priority club members, to a nice room that overlooked Reforma street. Rooms are clean but a bit noisy with sounds for cars or sirens. Breakfast is standard for a holiday inn express. I probably will stay here again.

Right in the middle of Reforma main avenue at Mexico City near a shopping center and at walking distance from main city historic landmarks. Hotel is quite essential, reasonable breakfast and rooms spacious but old fashioned. Prices are accessible even though parking could be a nightmare. Sourrondings are nice but not safe at late night so be careful when hanging around.

Spent couple of days at this hotel recently and it still has its charm. Conveniently located, just right next to Reforma 222 Shopping Mall, this property has fantastic views from upper rooms (ask for rooms with scenic view, it is worth the price), breakfast is pretty decent and staff is caring. Nevertheless, there is room for a much needed improvement, just one example is the towels provided: at least during my stay all of them (both kinds, bath and hand towels) were worn out! I recommend this nice hotel, but I think management should take a closer look at some of these details.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with scenic view.

Spent a fortnight here on business. Rooms comfortable and quite large for this brand. Service good and location, right on Reforma, excellent. Breakfast ok, if a little basic but loads of places nearby to eat/drink. Staff friendly and all spoke very good English. Wi-fi just about ok throughout the hotel. Would happily stay here again.

Good location along one of the most important street in Mexico City. 222 Reforma is next to it, which is convenient for food, shopping and some coffee. It's near to bus stop with buses to downtown and other parts of mexico city, but it's pretty far away from the metro (subway).
The staffs are polite, courteous and helpful.

Room is clean, modern, bright and basically no different from a usual Holiday Inn room. There's a flat screen TV with a good variety of channels, coffee maker, air conditioning. Clean bathroom with towels, soap, hairdryer etc. I'm really satisfied at the breakfast too. I would stay here again for my future visits to Mexico City.

Be careful of taxi service from the hotel lobby as there are taxis who charge more than the price of a normal taxi in mexico city.

During the last three years I've been in a few hotels in Mexico City for business reasons, and this one is now my preferred one for the following reasons: very comfortable, attentive service, great central location including the modern and convenient adjacent shopping mall, good Internet and business services, very good breakfast, well equipped gym with many and diverse cardio machines.

Room Tip: Ask for a view to Reforma street at a low level
